In this job you will manage sales and the business development within the region for the newly formed Givaudan Flavor Ingredients Division (GFI), selling our ingredients to the flavor industry and supported by a dynamic and experienced team applying an exciting range of products from a complementary catalogue of products. You will further develop business within a broad spectrum of direct customers, develop a successful distribution network and pursuing exciting opportunities within EAME.
The position is fully remote, based in Germany and reports to Commercial Director, EAME with 20-30% travel required
In this exciting role, you will:
* Coordinate accounts in EAME
You will lead the activities of the appointed customers to ensure agreement of strategy of plans; develop and manage distributor relationship; communicate with the accounts; conduct price negotiations; manage brief pipeline (quality and quantity of projects) to achieve growth plans;
* Develop our business
You will produce a broad base of new business opportunities including through the distribution network; develop a thoughtful understanding of customer potential through analysis of brand strategies, positioning, strengths and weaknesses, and competition;
* Position our products
You will ensure GFI is well-positioned to participate in targeted briefs and on core lists; manage large commercial projects in collaboration with GFI Commercial innovation; assume the lead role for all GFI activities for designated ac-counts; cultivate customer relationships with decision-makers, positioning GFI as preferred "go-to" supplier for the customer's needs;
* Set strategy
You will communicate strategic account plans, sales forecasts, and budget for important accounts, with clear Indicators; defend the base business in markets and with customers.

Summary: To be able to operate a forklift in a safe manner, read a picking list, and pick materials needed for compounding in either the liquids or powders room. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Operate all on-site forklifts

Reporting to the Creative Fragrance Team Director, you will project manage by collaborating with Perfumers and our creative centers. EHS Engineering & Design Support Manager - Your future position?
As the EHS Engineering & Design Support Manager you will act as the primary point of contact for all EHS matters within capex projects, potentially ranging from the installation of a piece of plant to the design and construction of a green-field site.
You will be involved with projects in both Fragrance & Beauty and Taste & Wellbeing divisions. Whilst your primary role is to support projects in Asia, you could also be involved in projects in other regions. Working closely with the members of the project teams, you will ensure that all EHS hazards and risks associated with the projects are identified and adequately controlled in the design and solution implemented. In addition, you may support global or regional EHS campaigns in Asia (supporting the Regional EHS Directors or other members of the Global EHS CoE team).
Key Responsibilities:
* Support capex projects: Provide technical EHS expertise to project teams across the F&F business in Asia, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and corporate EHS standards to deliver a solution with EHS as an intrinsic element. This will be achieved both by applying your personal knowledge and expertise and by involving other subject matter experts within the Global EHS CoE team as required. You will act as the link between the project team and the CoE.
* Risk Assessment Leadership: Lead risk identification and assessment during projects, engaging the project team and other stakeholders as required.
* Technical Support: Working with the Engineering CoE, support the development and design of solutions to EHS issues identified either during projects or as part of a larger enhancement of operational capabilities.
* Operations Partnership: Collaborate with Operations to provide guidance and expertise on technical EHS engineering issues, including, but not limited to, fire protection, explosion prevention, exposure control and machine safety.
* Partner with Regional EHS Directors: contribute technical support to regional LFE processes, including supporting incident and HIPO investigations.
* Methodology Development: Contribute to, enhance and implement risk analysis methodologies and technical guidelines and standards.
* Promote sharing of best practices and technical EHS engineering solutions between projects and sites.
* Cultural Improvement: Contribute to enhancing technical EHS knowledge and culture in the region and beyond, through technical EHS training and education.
* Cross-Functional Contribution: Actively participate in cross-functional projects supporting regional/global leadership team.
* Act as an auditor in Internal EHS audits.

Your professional profile includes:
* Possess a Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, EHS or similar discipline.
* Minimum 7 years of proven track record in both Engineering and EHS scope of work.
* Strong understanding of global, regional and industry codes and standards relating to EHS.
* Proven experience working in a multicultural environment and within multi-disciplinary teams.
* Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders and to influence people at all levels of the company.
* Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and to manage changing priorities.
* Experience within the fields of plant design, equipment integrity and facilities operation would be beneficial.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Essential Functions
* Performs standard tests on assigned product line production batches and on some incoming raw materials as needed, ensuring the meeting of Avient and the customer's specifications.
* Acts as a technical resource to production addressing issues related to production batches.
* Recommends to production and may develop adjustments to batches to meet specifications.
* Records test results in SAP. Maintains reference files.
* Completes and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
* Ensures all gauges and test equipment are verified.
* May participate in investigations of complaints and corrective actions as needed.
* Follows and complies with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintains departmental housekeeping standards.
* Completes and sends documentation to customers (i.e. COA).
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* High School diploma, General Education Diploma (GED)
* Quality experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, or procedure manuals
* Must have mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Must have the ability to use conversions, work with different units such as weight, volume, density, distance, etc.
Physical Demands
* Requires standing and sitting for extended periods of time, talking and listening
* Must be able to walk and use hands. Occasionally requires bending, stooping, climbing ladders and stairs
