**Main role & responsibility: Management of beverage product development department**
The Beverage Product Development Department of Givaudan's Technical Development currently has Flavour Creation team consisting of a manager and 11 flavorists, and Flavour Application development team consisting of a manager and seven food technologists. The Flavour Creation team mainly develops flavours for beverages, and handles all flavour icons related to beverages (citrus, milk, coffee, etc.) and delivery systems (powders, emulsions). The Application Development Team will develop and propose application formulations for all categories, from acidic to neutral beverages. In the future, the Application Development Team will be the contact point for the Beverage Product Development Department and will act as the technical lead for customer proposals.
The Senior Manager position we are recruiting for will manage the entire beverage product development department.
As a Senior Manager, you will run the Beverage Product Development Department, training its members, coordinating with related parties both domestically and internationally, and carrying out improvement activities to achieve our business goals.

THE IDEAL
Education: Currently enrolled in a master's program in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Proof of enrollment and contact information at the university will be required.
Financial Acumen: Strong financial capabilities with a background in finance (minor or major in bachelor's studies). This will be required for building a comprehensive business case.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing and understanding pricing strategies and processes. Good knowledge of Excel.

Innophos is seeking a Payroll Coordinator in our corporate office in Cranbury, NJ. The Payroll Coordinator will process US and Canadian payrolls on a biweekly/monthly basis. Process and remit wage withholding orders. Responds appropriately and resolves payroll requests from employees and managers. Communicate with employees to answer questions and/or resolve payroll related concerns. Partner with HR to ensure system changes are posted properly in regard to employee pay.
This role offers an optional hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote per week.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Responsible for processing Multi State US payrolls and Canadian payrolls on a biweekly/monthly basis to include auditing, reconciling, and submitting payments to third party vendors
* Support monthly, quarterly and year end reporting as required, including T-4 and W-2 reporting
* Perform regular payroll and tax reconciliation with each payroll processing
* Audit payroll files and reports for accuracy
* Respond to inquiries regarding employment verification
* Maintains confidentiality and protects employee data
* Maintain accurate payroll records and supporting documentation
* Responds to information requests and provides reports as needed
* Performs other duties as assigned
* Assist with special projects as requested
**Required Education and Experience**
* Associate's degree or higher strongly preferred

Attend team meetings to review workflow.
Administrative Support: Act as an interdepartmental coordination specialist (liaison with Customer Service, Purchasing, Operations, Distribution, Planning, Pricing, Labs, Regulatory, QC,). Update projects; attach price quotations, fragrance descriptions and customer-specific documentation. Maintain product base's, product packaging arrivals and update project assignment. Prepare samples for shipment, requesting and including supporting documentation. Provide necessary shipping and tracking information to customers. Brief entry and support, creation of NBO documentation to ensure smooth transition of new wins to production. Provide back-up and administrative support to larger L&R team. May be responsible for additional tasks on business needs.

Required Skills and background:
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role

As a Process Chemical Engineer, you will provide technical support and leadership at our South Hackensack facility. From formula and process improvements to scale-up of new products, your contributions will shape the future landscape of our industry.
**Job Title:** Process Chemical Engineer
**Location:** South Hackensack, NJ
**Reports to:** Technical Operations Manager
**You Will:**
New Product or Process Industrialization:
• Review formulas and new processes for manufacturing, quality, and safety viability and resolve issues with support from the creator and other partners.
• Validate and support product transfers.
• Propose and implement process and formula revisions to improve as applicable.
Technical Process Improvement and Engineering:
• Identify process and formula improvements to improve site performance (quality, cost reduction, yield, safety).
• Identify, justify, provide scope and process requirements for technical process improvement projects.
• Maintain P&ID's, PFD's and operational parameters.
• Perform detailed capacity analysis and apply DMAIC approach to problem identification and resolution.
Technical Investigation:
• Provide operations solutions for formula and process issues such as poor yield, chronic quality issues, excessive processing time, insufficient process controls, high product discard levels, formula or process related safety issues.
• Provide solutions for the rework of out of specification product that requires technical intervention.
**Your Profile:**
• Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering or related technical field.
• At least 3 plus years of experience in process and project work in a manufacturing / production environment.
• Emphasis on liquids processing, spray dry, granulation is an advantage.
• Experience with Liquid extraction solvent, purification and drying.
• Experience with product launches and changes.
• Laboratory analysis experience such as UV analysis, laser particle size analysis.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing.
• Business Fluent in English; Spanish language skills is an advantage.
