Purpose
Performs various coordinating tasks related to warehouse operations e.g. on-boarding warehouse staff, explaining procedures and safety guidelines, maintaining and tracking inventory, ordering installation and equipment maintenance and repairs, and acting as liaison between material handlers, freight forwarders, supervisors and/or managers.

Support WH Team with analysis and information for making decisions as well as effectively communicate on behalf of WH Team.
Conduct basic safety inspections, identify workplace hazards, identify and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor compliance of housekeeping/sanitation/food safety and safety level with Companys standards and guidelines and other requirements (including, but not limited to GMP, AIB, OSHA, HACCP, FDA, USDA).
Create various daily reports in Excel for analysis as well as identify opportunities for inventory reconciliations.
Perform other general administrative tasks as required and serve as back up to WH Clerk.
Academic Background
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

3 to 4 years of experience in warehousing in a manufacturing environment.

BASIC FUNCTION
