The Maintenance Technician is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems on automated foundry production equipment. This role ensures equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and adherence to manufacturer specifications and safety standards in a high-volume industrial environment. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution. Minimum of three (3) years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience. Working knowledge of: D.C. and A.C. electrical theory, Pneumatic and hydraulic theory and practice, Plumbing and piping repair theory and practice, Machine repair theory and practice, including close-tolerance assembly and fits Experience using precision measuring instruments and diagnostic devices.
