The primary purpose of the Health Services Admissions and Marketing Coordinator is to plan and develop a process that coordinates the pre-admission, admission, discharge, and follow up process for Givens Estates Health Center and Wood Assisted Living. This position will communicate with residents, families, and Givens Estates team members at all levels of care. Will assist the marketing team in marketing our Health Services to our community hospitals, assisted and independent living communities, physicians, case managers, and other referral sources as indicated. This position is the senior technical lead responsible for keeping the organization's technology and communication network stable, secure, and scalable while driving complex changes forward based on the organization strategy. This role will serve as the primary escalation point for high impact incidents, performing deep troubleshooting, coordinating restoration efforts, and ensuring root causes are addressed, not repeated.
