Responsibilities

Process Technician
Process Technicians operate equipment in assigned areas of the plant and perform operations related activities per the work process. They utilize chemical manufacturing knowledge and experience to operate and troubleshoot the plant in a safe and efficient manner.
Primary Responsibilities and Key Skills
+ Routine operation of basic control systems and devices to monitor levels, temperatures, pressures and flow rates, and transfer of products.
+ Controlling, monitoring and adjustment of all control systems and manually operated equipment.
+ Properly lifting hoses, bolt flanges and operate valves and similar equipment including the proper clearing and isolation of equipment.

They work with a wide variety of pneumatic, electronic and microcomputer instruments used to measure and control variables such as pressure, flow, temperature, level, motion, force, and chemical composition to support the process plants.
Primary Responsibilities and Key Skills
+ Maintaining and repairing all types of instrument systems.
+ Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and replacing defective components on instrumentation.

Laboratory Technician

Laboratory Technician Apprentices perform routine analyses, using existing tools to evaluate validity of data, apply basic statistics, compare to specified limits and take appropriate action.

Provides basic technical support to Lead Scientists and Technologist Leaders in the preparation and execution of experimental activities and studies.

The ODMS/Training Coordinator is responsible for the development and implementation of the department training program in accordance with company standards and site policies. This role will maintain ownership of the training program and work closely with department leadership to ensure strategic alignment and policy adherence for all department personnel. The ODMS/Training coordinator is knowledgeable of the Operations Document Management System (ODMS) and is required to possess technical knowledge and plant acumen at a level able to provide direction to less experience members in the areas of ODMS. This role acts as an informal resource for the team members and provides guidance to the Document Control specialist to ensure the department meets all applicable retention policies. The ODMS/Training Coordinator role is part of the day technical staff and is expected to participate and take lead role in strategic teams designed to meet the department annual goals and commitments. He/She will drive initiatives to evaluate ODMS/Training compliance and will lead all efforts in closing existing gaps in a timely manner. Diamond Infrastructure Solutions is seeking candidates for exciting and rewarding Apprenticeshipopportunities available at our facility in Seadrift, TXwithin theU.S. Apprenticeship Program.
As part of the U.S. Apprenticeship Program, Apprentices participate in a 2-3 year program offering hands-on work experience in our chemical plants while attending community college to earn a company-paid Associate's degree. During the program, Apprentices will be offered paid tuition, wages, and some benefits. Upon successful completion of the program, Apprentices will have earned an Associate's Degree in one of several technical disciplines. Apprentices will report to an Apprenticeship Program Leader who will support the Apprentice throughout the apprenticeship program. Apprentices who successfully complete the program will also be highly considered for a job within the company.
Individuals selected to fill an available Apprentice opening will be required to sign an offer letter that will commit them to working for Dow for 2 years upon being offered a full-time position.

About you and this role
Dow has an exciting opportunity for an Azure Platform Engineer (Sr. IT Analyst) located in Midland, MI or Houston, TX.
You will:
Make significant technical contributions to critical data initiatives within our team at Dow.
Be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data platforms and analytics solutions on the Azure cloud platform to enable business objectives and accelerate Dow's digital transformation.

Core Technical Expertise

DevOps practices and tools, understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), and familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of professional relevant experience in Cloud Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
