I give one star because the paycheck was always on time.
The number one complaint is no guidance, and the worst micro management i have ever witnessed! It was so horrible, decisions are bottle necked by the owners who have lost touch with reality. It has become all about money for them. They hire foreign interns for little or no money, train them and send them home in a year just to get more interns the following year. All the senior supervisors have quit, they have maybe 3 veteran workers with more than 6 years of experience? The hours are long, and everything is your responsibility, MM and CM take no responsibility for mistakes, they are only interested in themselves and money.
There are no perks or benefits working at Glades unless you like being taken advantage of! Run as far away from this company.
