Summary:
The Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Working in settings such as hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers, they create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans using exercise and manual therapy to help patients recover and become independent. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, critical thinking, and a commitment to high-quality, safe patient care.
Essential Work Functions:
Evaluate patients' physical conditions using standardized tests, clinical examinations, and patient history to identify functional limitations and treatment need
Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals
Implement physical therapy treatment plans using various techniques to improve patient mobility and reduce pain
Operate specialized physical therapy equipment and modalities safely and effectively, ensuring proper maintenance and calibration of devices
Assess patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and accurately document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
Work closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimize treatment outcomes
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, proper body mechanics, injury prevention strategies, and self-management techniques to promote long-term functional recovery
Maintain a safe treatment environment by adhering to infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards while addressing patients' comfort needs during therapy sessions
Engage in quality assurance initiatives and professional development activities to remain current with best practices in physical therapy
Collaborate in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions and continued patient progress in community or home-based settings

Inputs information into financial spreading software and trend recognition
Analyzes business and personal financial information, tax returns, and credit bureaus. Use this information to create cash flow analysis, trend ratios and collateral analysis to determine the overall risk to the Bank
Identifies, requests, and tracks information needed to complete the credit analysis
Identifies and reports areas of concern
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and bank regulations
Reviews loan file for proper documentation
Real Estate Evaluation 15%

Complete property evaluations on commercial and residential properties

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
A 4-year college degree in accounting, finance, business or equivalent experience preferred. Three to seven years of banking experience in business lending, credit analysis or trend analysis required. Must possess courteous and professional customer service attitude; excellent verbal and concise written communication skills; legible handwriting; ability to maintain the integrity of highly confidential client and Bank information. Working Conditions:
Work is performed largely in an office environment with minimal chance for personal injury. Occasional out-of-town and overnight business travel (air or auto) is required for business and education. Regular mental and visual concentration for computer usage required. Regular use of telephone; frequent repetitive use of keyboard for approximately 6 hours per day. The Manager is responsible for overseeing all activities related to the golf course operations; including course maintenance, pro shop, food and beverage services, and all office functions. Enforce compliance with all club regulations and policies, minimizing club liability; supervise, hire, train and evaluate golf course staff; assist in developing short and long term course improvement plans, develop and create promotions, and marketing the golf course.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

Hire, schedule, train, and coach Mount Frontenac staff and conduct performance reviews
