What Glass America requires of you to be successful:
Install auto glass and other auto glass products in-shop or on a mobile basis.
Utilize the proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient, timely, and quality installation service to company and industry standards.
Maintain communication with management and local support team to stay up to date on any job changes, cancellations or additions.
Complete necessary paperwork and make bank deposits in a timely fashion.
Complete static and dynamic calibrations of forward facing cameras either in-shop or mobile basis depending on the type of calibration needed per OE standards.
Utilizes the proper calibration equipment and techniques to ensure an OE standard, efficient, timely and quality calibration service to Glass America customers.
Able to read and understand pre and post scans.

Minimum 4+ years experience replacing automotive glass.

As a Bathroom Installer you will report to the Project Manager, and work on a team to safely and efficiently install showers, baths, vanities, and more on small to large scale projects. Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete demolition of tub and shower areas.
Install new tub/shower pans and acrylic wall/tub systems, vanity installations, general light construction, and trim work.

About the Position
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Glass Technician with two plus years of prior experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing automotive glass on various vehicles, ensuring the highest level of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This position comes with most glass tools, uniforms, and a company vehicle.
This is a full-time opportunity that works during the 8:00 am - 4:30 pm time frame, Monday through Friday. Essential Job Functions
Inspect and assess damaged auto glass to determine appropriate repair or replacement techniques
Remove damaged windshields, side, and rear windows using proper tools and safety protocols
Accurately install replacement glass using urethane adhesive and ensuring proper fit and seal
Repair small chips and cracks to prevent further damage and maintain structural integrity
Explain procedures and recommendations to customers, ensuring they understand the work performed
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained
Follow all safety protocols and industry standards to ensure the safety of customers and team members
Maintain a safe and satisfactory driving record according to company policy

Minimum Requirements
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the Auto Glass industry
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent

Position Overview
The HVAC Apprentice is responsible for assisting the HVAC team in carrying out a variety of tasks such as tidying up work areas, unloading materials, preparing worksites, cleaning debris, and executing other tasks as assigned. The HVAC Apprentice holds important roles on the job sites by expediting the completion of heating and cooling projects.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
