WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON WHO IS MOTIVATED,WILLING TO LEARN AND BE PRESENT FOR WORK. CANDIDATES WILL ASSIST INSTALLERS WITH TYPICAL AND CUSTOM GLASS INSTALLATION JOBS, LEARNING THE TRADE TO BECOME AN INDEPENDENT GLASS INSTALLER. WE OFFER ROOM FOR FUTURE GROWTH TO BECOME A SKILLED INSTALLER. WE INSTALL RESIDENTAL AND AUTO GLASS.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :
KNOW HOW TO USE TOOLS AND BE ABLE TO DO WORK WITHOUT SUPERVISION.
NEED TO HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERBAL COMMUNICATION, LISTENING, AND REPORTING SKILLS.
DEPENDABILITY, ATTENTION TO DETAIL, PROFESSIONALISM, HAVE TECHNICAL SKILLS.

• Replace all moldings, clips, windshield wipers, and other parts that were removed prior to glass replacement or repair.
