Sutherland-Wong was named Glassdoor president earlier this year and appointed as the company's first COO in February 2018, overseeing day-to-day operations, strategy and business for Glassdoor. He joined the company in 2015 as vice president and general manager of monetization. Previously, Sutherland-Wong held roles at LinkedIn and Bain & Company. He currently sits on the board of Toolworks, an organization that helps people with barriers to employment successfully enter the job market. Sutherland-Wong is especially passionate about helping people grow their careers, acquire new skills and innovating around the candidate experience.

Cortez brings 20 years of HR, recruiting and people operations experience across a diverse set of companies, including Ellie Mae, Walmart eCommerce, PayPal and Visa. Most recently, Cortez was executive vice president of human resources at Ellie Mae, where she led teams in charge of recruiting and retaining employees at a time of rapid growth. Prior to Ellie Mae, Cortez was vice president of human resources at Walmart eCommerce. Cortez is especially experienced with learning and development and has a passion for diversity, inclusion and belonging efforts.

Adam C. Spiegel is the chief financial officer of Glassdoor. Prior to that, he held the same position at RPX Corporation. He has also been employed at CrossCart and Booz Allen Hamilton. Spiegel holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and master’s degree in finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Spiegel resides in San Francisco, California, United States.

Andrew Chamberlain is a Chief Economist and Director of Research at Glassdoor and is based in Berkeley, California. He has worked as Development Writer at Cato Institute; Chief Economist at Columbia Economics, LLC; and Staff Economist at Tax Foundation. Andrew studied at Alaris Consulting until 2001 and Touchstone Television until 2014.

Pearl brings a breadth of experience in product/UX and mentorship to the position. Most recently, Pearl served as senior vice president and head of product and UX/design at Glassdoor. Before Glassdoor, Annie led enterprise product teams at Box, including before and after its 2015 IPO. She was also the vice president of product and one of the founding members of Xpert Financial, which helped investors trade private company securities. Annie has also consulted and advised several rapid growth start-ups. She was honored as one of the Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business in 2019 by the San Francisco Business Times. Annie holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and earned a bachelor's degree from Claremont McKenna College. She is a member of The State Bar of California.
