Coordinate insider trading compliance activities, including pre-clearance requests, blackout periods, reporting timelines, and tracking requirements. Help maintain accurate equity and capitalization records, including option grants, RSUs, and cap table updates, in coordination with Finance and the transfer agent. Coordinate with the transfer agent on issuances, corrections, holds, freezes, and other corporate actions.
