Pros of working at Glassdoor

Great salary & benefits, almost FAANG-level.

Cons of working at Glassdoor

Bad work environment. Direct manager was not empathetic nor aware about the team dynamics, nor supportive of me being the best employee I could be. Very much the opposite of a "no-blame" culture.

Glassdoor benefits

Great health insurance at low cost. Company contributed to HSA.

The people are humble and collaborative. You are empowered with autonomy and responsibility.

Cons of working at Glassdoor

Struggling to grow in a highly competitive environment. I don't think we're going to be relevant B2B ten years from now.

Glassdoor benefits

Free lunches, dog-friendly
