1970: Glassline Corporation begins with 7 employees and $50,000 to start up.

In 1970 Glassline Corporation was founded with $50,000 in capital and 7 employees.

1973

1973: Total sales reach $1,000,000.

1981

1981: Glassline Corporation headquarters moves to Perrysburg, Ohio as it continues to expand.

1986

1986 Glassline purchased a Chicago manufacturer of diamond cutting tools.

1992

1992: Acquisition of System Packaging, a world leading manufacturer in cold and heat seal packaging machines.

1993

1993 Manufacture of diamond cutting tools moved from Chicago to Perrysburg

1995

1995 Begins manufacturing of diamond grinding wheels.

1998

1998: SecurePak, a torque testing device manufacturer for bottling equipment in the beverage packaging industry, is purchased.

1998 Glassline acquired SecurePak a manufacturer of testing machines used in the bottling industry, www.secure-pak.com.

2006

Inspired by these successes, in 2006 the innovative company developed the CANOPY system with its different versions and BALUGA, a glass railing system with small filigree point holders, both on the basis of customer requests.

2006 Acquires North Star Engineered Products a manufacturer of food processing equipment, laundry equipment and industrial centrifuges, www.northstarengineered.com

2008

In 2008, BALARDO was an even greater success – making glass railings without posts possible.

2011

2011 InteliCon relocated to Millbury,Ohio.

2012

2012 SecurePak relocated to Millbury ,Ohio.

2013

In 2013, the BALARDO alu system was even awarded the prestigious Innovation Award for Architecture and Construction.

2014

In 2014, the opportunity arose to acquire a neighboring property with an appropriate production hall.

2019

GLASSLINE proclaimed 2019 the "Year of Innovation". Developers researched, tinkered and tested for two years so that GLASSLINE could surprise visitors to the BAU 2019 Trade Fair in Munich with six ground-breaking innovations.

2020

2020: Despite the pandemic, Glassline Corp. continues to look for ways to expand its offerings to its Customers, and purchases the TorqTraQ™ handheld torque testing technology from Plastic Technologies Inc.
