The SalesSpecialist - Immunohistochemistry for Leica Biosystems is responsible for developing and executing successful sales strategies for rapid revenue growth and market share expansion in territory. They will also work collaboratively with Sales, Service and Applications counterparts to achieve Leica Biosystems performance targets while exceeding customer expectations.
This position is part of the Sales team and will be fully remote. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.
You will be a part of the Commercial Organization and report to the Sales Manager responsible for a team of sales representatives to exceed Leica Biosystems sales goals and deliver on commercial strategies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* The SalesSpecialist will achieve annual product sales goals set for the territory while working in coordination with the local assigned team within their territory. In addition, the associate will maintain accurate and timely opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC with coaching as needed.
* The associate will achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and support assistance and coordinate product demo, installs, and customer training with support from manager and/or mentor.
* Work with prospective and current customers to increase Leica Biosystems' influence and presence across territories.
* Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies, utilize Strategic Selling tools (Blue sheets) with mentorship and guidance.
* Develop on products, DBS, LBS Tools (such as DOMO, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews).
The essential requirements of the job include:
* Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science OR equivalent work experience
* Minimum 3+ years relevant sales experience (or equivalent work experience)
* Proven time management skills
* Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience or selling in a matrixed environment.
* Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software; Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Travel and Motor Vehicle Record Requirements:
* Ability to travel 50-75%; overnight for territory coverage (if applicable) and/or for company meetings
* Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
* Prior capital sales experience

The Inside Sales Representative proactively promotes the sale of IDT's full portfolio of products, including custom oligonucleotide solutions across key application areas such as qPCR, CRISPR, Functional Genomics, Synthetic Biology, and Next Generation Sequencing. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Develop and manage assigned accounts strategically to deliver solutions and drive revenue growth by understanding both short-term and long-term needs/goals for optimal positioning of IDT's products and services; in addition, prospect for new leads and prepare information for outgoing sales calls to secure new customers
* Demonstrate effective selling skills and product understanding to uncover customer needs to position an appropriate solution; Maintain and develop strategic partnerships with key customers and leverages internal resources, when necessary, to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
* Builds in-depth knowledge of CRM and funnel management tools and applies these skills consistently to forecast business, manage customer opportunities, build opportunity pipeline, and make business decisions
The essential requirements of the job include:
* Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience in a Life Science related discipline or related field required OR Business degree with relevant life science industry experience OR Master's degree in a life science field
* 1+ years of previous experience in the Life Science market, preferably in a customer-oriented and/or sales experience (remote or in-person) preferred.
* Role will require up to 20% travel and quarterly customer visits.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
* Experience and Proficiency with popular CRM's (Salesforce) preferred.
* Molecular Biology (NGS, CRISPR, PCR, Synthetic Biology) or similar lab experience

The SalesSpecialist - Immunohistochemistry for Leica Biosystems is responsible for developing and executing successful sales strategies for rapid revenue growth and market share expansion in territory. You will be a part of the Commercial Organization and report to the Sales Manager responsible for a team of sales representatives to exceed Leica Biosystems sales goals and deliver on commercial strategies. + The SalesSpecialist will achieve annual product sales goals set for the territory while working in coordination with the local assigned team within their territory. In addition, the associate will maintain accurate and timely opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC with coaching as needed.
+ The associate will achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and support assistance and coordinate product demo, installs, and customer training with support from manager and/or mentor.
+ Work with prospective and current customers to increase Leica Biosystems' influence and presence across territories.
+ Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies, utilize Strategic Selling tools (Blue sheets) with mentorship and guidance.
+ Develop on products, DBS, LBS Tools (such as DOMO, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews).
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science OR equivalent work experience
+ Minimum 3+ years relevant sales experience (or equivalent work experience)
+ Proven time management skills
+ Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience or selling in a matrixed environment.
+ Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software; Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Travel and Motor Vehicle Record Requirements:
