JOB PURPOSE
Responsible to provide internal support to an account management team for an assigned book of business; collaborates with sales and service staff by account, interfaces with clients and carriers, maintains records, and performs other general administrative duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides direct administrative support as required for assigned Client Managers and Practice Leaders; responds to requests for assistance in a timely and collaborative manner.
Processes requests for Certificates of Insurance as specified by client or within 24 hours of receipt of request.
Ensures client invoices are paid as scheduled; responds to a variety of client billing issues and works closely with the related carrier to resolve billing problems.
Compiles required documents for client renewals or new business submissions; electronically stores information and forwards documents to carriers identified by the Client Manager for follow-up.
Updates Accord applications to reflect account data accurately which includes client information, policy limits, deductibles, exposure basis, special conditions, and other information as needed.
Processes and submits to the appropriate carrier(s) client change requests for adjustments in coverage, which may include adds/deletes and other amendments to the policy; follows up to obtain receipt.
Contacts the related carrier to request information on loss runs as needed; obtains motor vehicle reports to qualify new or existing drivers in accordance with carrier guidelines.
Obtains online quotes from selected carriers as requested; enters data to determine the annual premium for the related coverage.
Collaborates with the Client Manager and the Central Processing Services department to prepare client deliverables, which include the compilation, printing, binding and distribution of presentations; ensures the final document meets expectations.
INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE
At least 1 to 3 or more years of Property & Casualty Insurance industry knowledge is required.
Prior administrative support experience preferred.

Perform trails maintenance work under close supervision of a work leader or journey-level maintenance worker to make sure they are properly completed.

Physical Demands: Heavy physical effort is required in bending, lifting, and using hand and power tools in trail work. Examples of typical strenuous activity include:

Incumbent must live and work out-of-doors on projects in various terrain up to 13,000 feet elevation in all extremes of adverse weather conditions. Trail work is dusty, and hazardous conditions may exist when moving rocks and logs, working in and around rockslide areas, working around stock, working around explosives, falling and bucking trees, and working around machinery.

Service encompasses all aspects of the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indian's governmental operations. SUMMARY
To provide direct and intervention services that will improve academic opportunities for all youth in school or homeschooling (grades kindergarten through-12th) in the six-county service area and engage in cultural events. Also includes assisting in collecting statistical data on our students which will be used to develop relevant statistical information on grades, attendance, test scores, and behavior for reporting to the Tribal Council, Tribal Manager, and Department Manager. Provide appropriate referrals of students regarding their education, i.e., tutoring, homework labs, career counseling, assist with after school programs, summer program/events, and to assist the students in overcoming problems which impede their learning. Perform tutoring and homework lab sessions with the youth, as needed. The Student Support Advisor must have a commitment to excellence and caring with working with the youth. This position will also be a positive role model and advocate for all youth.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Identify effective strategies to engage parents in the education of their youth. Work closely with tribal students to provide individualized instruction that caters to the strengths, weaknesses, and overall educational goals.
Preform, set up tutors and tutoring programs for tribal students in the service area.
Coordinate and assist with homework labs for tribal students.
Complete student profiles as requested.
Attend and assist education staff with the celebrating graduates at the education banquet.

SCOPE OF WORK
Intervention, referral and community activities are the key ingredients to this program, with goals set for positive outcomes for all parties involved. To be familiar with all tribal and outside agencies is a priority to ensure quality intervention with quick response. Collaborative services with Anishinaabek Family Services (AFS). Create and maintain a working relationship with the schools and agencies on behalf of the students, families and the Grand Traverse Band. Advocate for all students preK-12th. Have involvement with committees that directly relate to student/school issues, specifically GTB truancy.

SUMMARY
Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for the activities and operations in the accounts payable department for accuracy and eligibility for payment. WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is performed in a non-smoking office setting. Position may require occasional evenings, weekends and holidays. May be required to work over 40 hours per week. Some local and out of town travel may be required for further training and/or for the needs of the position.

Job Description
Amoritas Vineyards Tasting Room in Lake Leelanau, MI is looking for one full-time salaried Tasting Room Sales Manager to join our 5 person strong team. We are a young, family-owned business looking to expand our team to include someone with dedication and ambition. Responsibilities
Serve customers wine while providing a fun, positive wine tasting experience
Stock wine storage and retail areas
Be able to use and train on a POS system
Work as part of a team to maintain a clean and safe work area
Establish and maintain good relations with frequent customers and Wine Club members
Able to act as a key holder and open or close the tasting room
Work at least one weekend day during the week
Be comfortable acting as a lead sales person and answering question from customers and other team members
Qualifications
Appreciation (or passion) for wine
A background in sales/hospitality/marketing that has an emphasis on human interaction
High School Degree/Equivalency
Has reliable transportation
Management and/or tasting room experience are preferable but not required
