Leib Oehmig is Chief Executive Officer of Glen Raven, Inc. and leads the company’s worldwide operations. As the company continues to grow throughout the world, Oehmig provides leadership to ensure a culture of integrity and innovation while maintaining the high standards of quality and service for which Glen Raven is known.

Since joining Glen Raven in 1989, Oehmig has held increasingly responsible positions including leading the construction and management of Glen Raven’s technologically advanced 1-million-square-foot Sunbrella® fabrics manufacturing center. Oehmig served as President of Glen Raven Custom Fabrics, LLC prior to being named President and Chief Operating Officer of Glen Raven, Inc. in 2013. He was named Chief Executive Officer of the company in 2017.

His community and industry service involvement has included the United Way, Anderson University, Tri County Technical College, Institute of Textile Technology, United States Industrial Fabrics Institute and the Industrial Fabrics Association International. Oehmig earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business and an MBA degree from Clemson University.

Ethan Lane joined Glen Raven in 2016 as its first chief information officer. He brings a broad and diverse background of IT leadership in manufacturing organizations to Glen Raven and emphasizes the role of information technology in the company’s business planning process.

Prior to joining Glen Raven, Lane was CIO for aluminum manufacturer Noranda Aluminum, where he led their IT organization for eight years and was part of a leadership team that transitioned Noranda from private equity ownership to a public company. Prior to joining Noranda, Lane held various positions with Pfizer Inc., most recently as director of information technology from 1998 to 2008.

Lane holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and a Master of Science degree from Purdue’s Krannert School of Management.

Gary Smith, joined Glen Raven in 1998 as director of finance for Glen Raven Custom Fabrics and Dickson. A certified public accountant, Smith earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Prior to joining Glen Raven, Smith had a 20-year career with an international accounting firm, 15 of them as a partner.

Christine Mathews is a CFO & Vice President of Finance - Custom Fabrics at Glen Raven and is based in Burlington, North Carolina. She has worked as VP of Finance at Jarden Zinc Products, Vice President of Finance - Transformation Office at NEWELL BRANDS INC., and Vice President of Finance and Vice-President Transformation Office at JARDEN CORPORATION. Christine attended TTU between 1989 and 1993.
