Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: Good communication skills Understanding of RIS & PACS Ability to work under stressful situations Ability to handle patient information in a confidential manner Ability to adapt to fluctuations in patient volumes to meet patient care and department needs Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Ability to work weekends and holidays in order to accommodate patient care needs. Ability to work rotating shift any day of the week. Ability to take call and arrive on site within one hour May be exposed to radiation during procedures. May be required to sit or stand for long periods of time or be required to lift and move patients May be exposed to hazardous materials, infectious disease and required to participate in annual emergency drills. Required to maintain current CPR certification. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance. For patient lifts of over 35 pounds, or when patient is unable to assist with the lift, patient handling equipment is expected to be used, with at least one other associate, when available.
