The positive part of working at Glenelg country school are the children, small class sizes, and outstanding faculty.

In my experience, the cons Glenelg Country school is the total lack of oversight, an ineffective administration and no human resource department.

None, Employees are under appreciated and underpaid

Sadly, I can’t say anything positive about the administration

The culture would improve immensely if administration played a more active role in all divisions

It is much lower than the area average

I think that diversity at GCS is OK

Again, working with the children and the amazing faculty brings a great deal of joy

Great teams small classes beautiful campus

Incompetent management, lack of communication and transparency, reactive not proactive, no oversight, parents have inappropriate control.

Short school year

Small classes and, for the most part, excellent teachers.

The lack of effective and appropriately educated leadership

Lack of leadership or appreciation of sacrifices made during Covid and acknowledgment of financial sacrifices from a number of years of pay freezes made by faculty and staff.
