Gordon B. Fowler, Jr. is President and Chief Executive Officer of Glenmede and a Director of The Glenmede Trust Company, N.A. An independent and privately owned investment and wealth management firm with more than $40 billion of assets under management, Glenmede serves individuals, families, endowments, foundations and institutional investors.



Mr. Fowler joined Glenmede as Chief Investment Officer, following a career with J.P. Morgan where he served in several management positions, including as Global Head of Investment Management for the Private Bank and as Head of Quantitative Equity Management for Institutional Asset Management.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Fowler has been responsible for the development of numerous equity and asset allocation strategies and has authored and co-authored several pioneering articles on private client and institutional investing.

Mr. Fowler received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and a Master of Science degree from New York University Graduate School of Business.

He has served on the board of numerous national and community organizations including the Curtis Institute of Music, the Princeton Theological Seminary, the Church Pension Fund, Philadelphia Futures, the Clergy Assurance Fund and St. James School. Additionally, Mr. Fowler received the Ken Heath Award, which recognizes executives who have championed the advancement of women in finance.

John McCabe is a Chief Fiduciary Counsel at Glenmede Trust and is based in Greater Philadelphia. He has worked as Associate Attorney at Rawle & Henderson LLP, Managing Director at First Republic Private Wealth Management, and Fiduciary Officer at Neuberger Berman. John studied at University of Delaware between 1991 and 1995 and Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law between 1995 and 1998.

Raj Tewari is the Chief Operating Officer for all Glenmede offices. He is a member of the Company's management committee and oversees financial management, both back and middle office operations, as well as facilities. In this role, Mr. Tewari’s chief responsibilities include governance, strategic planning, capital management, and operational process and systems control. Mr. Tewari is also Co-Chair of the Technology and Operations management committee.

Mr. Tewari previously served as the Company’s Director of Operations as well as the Director of Finance.

Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Tewari was a Business Analyst at Villanova Capital. He also previously worked as a Senior Auditor for Ernst & Young and oversaw client engagements for several financial institutions including Glenmede.

Mr. Tewari received a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University.

Mr. Tewari serves on the Board of Directors, Finance Committee and Strategic Planning Committee for Philadelphia Futures.

Maria McGarry is the Chief Compliance Officer of The Glenmede Trust Company, N.A and Glenmede Investment Management LP. She is responsible for Glenmede’s Compliance Program, assuring its material effectiveness in addressing legal and regulatory obligations.

Prior to joining Glenmede, Ms. McGarry was the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Radcliffe Capital Management, L.P., a registered investment adviser. She also served in various positions within Citco Group companies, including as General Counsel at Quaker Securities in Malvern, PA. She spent her early legal career as a litigator representing financial services clients in large Philadelphia law firms.

Ms. McGarry has a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature and mass communications from the University of Scranton.

Jason Pride, CFA®, is Glenmede’s Chief Investment Officer for Private Wealth. He is responsible for formulating investment policy and strategy, and serves as a leading member of the Investment Policy Committee which monitors and manages the firm’s allocation strategies for over $25 billion in client assets. In this role, he has led efforts to develop and enhance Glenmede’s proprietary economic, valuation, and portfolio optimization tools.

Mr. Pride is also responsible for investment strategy communications, including Glenmede’s Market Insights, Investment Strategy Notes, and Economic and Market Outlook presentations. He is a regular commentator for local, regional and national media outlets, including: CNBC, Bloomberg, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, Associated Press, Dow Jones and Reuters.

Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Pride was Director of Research at The Haverford Trust Company and a leading member of the Investment Committee overseeing more than $5 billion in assets. In this role, he managed quantitative and fundamental investment research efforts and was instrumental in the development, incubation, and launch of several new investment products used to expand the firm’s client offering. He gained previous experience at Logan Capital Management and UBS O’Connor Associates.

Mr. Pride earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering and management science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Mr. Pride serves on the Board of Longwood Gardens, where he is a member of the Investment Committee. He is also a member of the Philadelphia Council for Business Economics, the National Association for Business Economics and the Global Interdependence Center.
