Job Summary
The Home and Community Bases Services Aide is a person who provides support, assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for an individual to be able to remain in their own home.
Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities
Reports observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager. Notifies the Agency Director immediately if any incidents or accidents occur.
Drives safely, complies with traffic regulations, and wears a seat belt when business travel is required.
May provide or assist clients with activities of daily living including: bathing in bed, tub or shower; care of hair including shampoo, combing and brushing; care of teeth and mouth including denture care; nail care, filing only; skin care including pericare and applying lotion; transfer of patient from bed to chair and to wheelchair. Transfer of patients on and off bedpan, commode and toilet.
Assists with household tasks directly essential to clients' personal care.

Requirements

Responsibilities of the Pro Shop Attendant at Mount Vernon Country Club include:
Assisting the Head Golf Professional in planning, promoting, and directing all golf activities.
Developing merchandise sales and promotions during holidays, specials events, and times when sales are slow.
Ordering supplies for the golf shop as directed by the Head Golf Professional.
Assisting the Head Golf Professional with all tournament operations.
Maintaining all logs (comp, rain check, monthly range, etc).
Completing customer transactions.

Main Function:
Assembles and delivers patient meal trays and nourishments.
Disassembles patient trays after meal service.
Assists in the dish room area, keeping areas clean neat and sanitized.
Assists co-workers in any department task.
Completes inventory and delivery of care area food, beverage and paper supply needs.
Serves meals to patron in the cafeteria.
Runs cash register.
Assists with the assembly of catering supplies for next day service.
