Monitor students to always prevent accidents and injuries following internal/external processes. Enforces procedures, rules, and regulations to all students concerning standards of conduct, pool rules and water safety implementing ground rules for each swim session. Document and report all accidents and ensure appropriate documentation is turned into supervisor immediately. Report all incidents to supervisor in a timely manner. Identify incorrect swimming techniques and correcting students accordingly. This role will work closely with the TDC Education team; Site Coordinator and Director of Education to report any concerns with students or any incidents following internal/external protocols. Communicate any issues or problems to the TDC Education team and/or Program Director to ensure that problems are resolved quickly with students concerning pool safety or recommendations.
