DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This role will demonstrate a passion to instruct youth, specifically PK-8th grade students to learn new skills and teach water safety and provide rescue saving procedures. This role will be responsible to enforce procedures, rules, and regulations to students, alongside Swim Instructor as needed. Shares with swimmers pool regulations and water safety policies. Performs water rescues and administers first aid/CPR to swimmers in danger of drowning and/or adequately perform lifesaving procedures as necessary.
