Continuously monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues. Perform routine network security checks and support compliance with internal security policies and standards. Plan and execute hardware and software updates, patches, and maintenance activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, including configurations, procedures, inventories, and troubleshooting records. Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure network services meet business and operational needs. Analyze network traffic and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and suggest operational improvements. What You Bring to the Table Location: APAC Fluent English. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in network administration and firewall management (Palo Alto, Cisco, BIG-IP). Experience administering Palo Alto firewalls, including Panorama. Cisco CCNA certification is required. Strong experience with network administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support. Experience supporting multi-site and enterprise network environments. Ability to manage incidents, prioritize tasks, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.
