As a seasonal support driver (SSD), you'll deliver packages to communities and businesses in the comfort of your own vehicle. This is a friendly, physically active role, so you'll need to enjoy fast-paced work, being outdoors, and safely being behind the wheel.
This position requires schedule flexibility since work will be assigned in the morning based on operational needs and your availability.

The Birth-Kindergarten Program in the College of Allied Profession invites applicants to apply for the position of Project Coordinator, a full-time, time-limited, regional-funded grant position for a personnel preparation project. The project has been funded by the Dogwood Health Trust through the end of 2025.The department has submitted a request to extend funding beyond 2025 and, if approved, will extend funding for an additional length of time.

Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or another human services field.
Master's Degree Preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of Qualified Professional (or higher level) experience required
Minimum of 3 years in training, staff development or education in healthcare setting preferred.
Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, adult learning principles, and evidence-based practice.
Must be highly proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other related software.
Must demonstrate a recovery oriented and person-centered philosophy.
Complexity of Duties
This position is responsible for assisting in maximizing the available resources to meet the behavioral health needs of the community. Must have the ability to interpret policy, laws and regulations in order to make decisions when a precedent is not available. Duties require the application of judgment and problem-solving skills in order to be effective. Judgment often involves decisions that may have life or death results.
Supervision Received
Works under the direct supervision of the behavioral health operations manager where responsibilities and assignments are often broadly defined. Position must demonstrate considerable initiative and ability to work independently within applicable licensing regulations where latitude for creative thinking, initiative and discretion are given to achieve department goals and objectives. Position must communicate effectively with supervisor to ensure alignment with organizational goals, mission, vision and values.
Responsibility for Accuracy
Failure to provide adequate clinical services or to properly manage and direct activities could result in poor client outcomes, delays in patient treatment, and negative patient and community relations. Ineffective health planning could have adverse effects on the health status of the community by limiting access to necessary resources. Accuracy of data and research is critical in the allocation of tribal resources. Employee is responsible for the adherence to policy and procedure. Inappropriate actions or inaccuracies in judgment could result in improper diagnosis and treatment, serious liability for the tribe, or serious health risks to patients.

Environment
The employee works primarily in a hospital, inpatient or outpatient clinical environment but may be required to work at other offices and locations. SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Ranger ensures the efficient and safe operation of the facilities and property of the assigned site(s). As such, the incumbent maintains the property and equipment, manages property development and natural areas, maintains outdoor and indoor program facilities, practices preventative risk management and performs or supervises all activities related to site maintenance as needed. The Ranger must have exemplary customer service skills and be naturally customer-focused as they will be responsible for actively hosting groups using the property.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
RISK MANAGEMENT: Practice alert preventative risk management to ensure the safety of all users. Provide logistical support to Girl Scouts, adults, volunteers and staff and other groups using site. Provide necessary security to ensure the safety of users and to reduce the risk of vandalism and theft. Respond to property-related emergencies and critical issues in a timely manner, notifying the appropriate supervisor immediately.
HOST: Actively host groups and troops using the property. Be on-call when campers and/or visitors are expected to be on-site.
PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT: Provide onsite coordination and assistance for property development. Assists in development of capital maintenance schedule for site.
FACILITIES & EQUIPMENT: Perform or ensure completion of all scheduled preventive maintenance on all structures and equipment (i.e., weekly, monthly, annually). Maintain the appropriate appearance of the camp property (i.e., cutting grass, road maintenance, painting signs, etc.) to ensure the safety of users and staff as well as the visual appeal of the camp. Ensure that all facilities and facility equipment (e.g., related to the water supply, plumbing, heating, refrigeration, cooking, electrical equipment, lighting, machinery and vehicles) are functioning properly. Repair or supervise the repair of other equipment including obtaining bids from multiple companies when appropriate and submitting to the appropriate staff for approval and contracting. Maintain the necessary certifications and inspections.
RECORD MAINTENANCE: Maintain up to date records of all maintenance and work that is conducted on site on facility management software, as well as ensuring ACA and state standards are met and appropriate records are kept. Maintain all MSDS documentation for the site.
SUPPLY MAINTENANCE: Assist in maintaining an inventory of all supplies, equipment and tools related to facility use and maintenance; monitor their issue and use.
SEASONAL PROGRAM SUPPORT: Assist in seasonal start-up/shut-down of the camp. Perform maintenance and support to the operation of camp or other program delivery at site.
VEHICLES: Maintain vehicle maintenance logs and records of work performed on all vehicles at assigned site(s).
BUDGET: Assist in budget planning for building and equipment maintenance and properly document expenses/submit receipts according to council guidelines.
TRAILS & NATURAL AREAS: Provide for the maintenance of recreational trails and participate in sound management practices for natural areas as needed.
SUPERVISION: Develops sources for and manages seasonal/as needed maintenance/property assistants. Sources and oversees work of contract/sub-contract providers including competitive bid process.
OTHER: Participates actively in the development of environments that foster diversity, equity, inclusion and access through words, actions and attitude.
