Role Summary

The Content Scheduler will be required to generate and be responsible for the delivery of media and metadata from an airline content schedule.

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Remote Options: This role is 100% remote

What You'll Be Doing

In this highly accountable role, you are expected to manage and prioritize workloads, and understand the importance of delivery timelines whilst maintaining high standards of output. As an experienced Content Scheduler, you are expected to have a meticulous eye for detail. You will also have good communication skills to interact with different departments and external vendors. The role may require a willingness to work flexible hours, understand various inner company workflows, and function as part of a broader team.

* Schedules content for each customer/product by selecting content from the catalog and selects the edit version
* Triggers internal and external work orders for all titles in the schedules
* Manage changes to the schedule in response to changes or exceptions/issues that occur after scheduling
* Troubleshoot any holds or discrepancies between assets and programming
* Oversees the fulfilment of the schedule to ensure deliveries are at the OEM on time
* Provide status reports to stakeholders
* Sets available languages and access services for selected content
* Manages the logistics of translation and editorial metadata by third parties
* Tracks the publishing of metadata to the correct platform profile
* Final QC of all outbound metadata once the data has been populated in the CMS
* Creation and distribution of purchase orders for all licensed materials to distributors
* Responsible for high priority client specific content e.g. Safety Videos, Advertising, Boarding, etc.

Role Summary

Anuvu is looking for a commercially focused and technically astute Product Lifecycle Manager who will drive the productization of the Inflight Internet Service for the world's largest satellite broadband network.

You will have a passion for data, internet trends and internet traffic management; being equally comfortable working with B2B partners/customers, internal commercial, engineering, product management and data scientist teams to optimize the internet product performance and roadmap for product evolution.

Location: Anywhere in the United States but Dallas, TX is preferred.

Remote Options: This role is 100% remote.

What You'll Be Doing

* Responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle management of Internet Services for the world's largest Satellite Broadband Network.
* Advising network operator on usage, applications, device and network functional trends that will drive the future development and delivery of inflight connectivity network to end users.
* Defining the traffic management policies which deliver the best Customer Experience for all customers.
* Work closely with Product Development, Engineering and Data Science teams to create and maintain roadmap that advances Anuvu's connectivity offering, delivering new features and operational improvements that improve connectivity: monitoring, customer experience, management & efficiency.
* Create PRD (Product Requirement Documents) that translated business requirements into technical requirements the engineering team can execute against.
* Conduct data analysis, market research, and user research to incorporate customer needs into product decisions. Present the qualitative and quantitative results from variations to the internet service, including changes to the satellite network capacity, traffic management profiles, customer behavior and hardware/modem changes.
* Lifecycle Management; setup key KPIs of Internet Service with appropriate alerts for deviations - analyze product adoption/take rate daily and work with data science team to identify the best metrics to measure performance e2e from inflight onboard wireless access points down to the customer. Identify hardware, software and geographic specific trends.
* Work with internal and external stakeholders, including Airline Partners, internal commercial teams and product management teams to present roadmaps, requirements, status updates and product demonstrations.
* Creation of standardized packages of Internet Services which will be offered to B2B airlines, considering the pricing, costs, traffic management profile, contractual stipulations and SLA.
* Create and present storyboards to clarify the end-to-end user experience and potential revenue generation.
* Understand price elasticity through performing price sensitivity testing of the Internet Product.
* Collaborate with design, data science, engineering, analytics and other product managers to make educated decisions for future inflight consumer application utilization
* Coordinate with marketing, operations, legal, BI and finance to ensure successful product rollout, communications and adoption

What We're Looking For

* 1-2 years of Product Management experience ideal candidate will have previous experience working for an ISP or Telecommunications company, responsible for mobile data, internet or broadband products inclusive of fair use policy definition.
* Strong at requirements synthesis, creation of Product Requirement Documents and marketing material.
* Emotive communicator, strong at delivering complex technical messages in a straightforward manner.
* Uses data to solve problems, identify opportunities, and are capable of inventing and using new metrics in order to learn and make decisions. Working with Data Scientists to outline required reporting & analytics that is required to manage the service effectively.
* Familiarity with Excel, database technologies and SQL
* Operate with a sense of urgency and always look for new ways to understand our customers and create value on their behalf

Role Summary
Senior Accountant will be responsible for Inventory accounting and reporting. They will be involved in the month, quarter and year-end close processes including but not limited to the analysis of inventory, cost of sales, and reporting deliverables. What You'll Be Doing
Performing month-end cost accounting close Run create accounting for system reports and close the inventory subledger Preparing all inventory-related journal entries at month end Preparing calculations for inventory reserves and warranty repairs Reconciling general ledger accounts as assigned Reconciling beginning raw materials, work-in-progress and finished-goods stock Monitoring all inventory transactions in the general ledger Analyzing inventory valuations and monitoring unit cost variance (perform price testing procedures) Analyzing reports to ensure that transactions related to inventory are posted correctly in accordance with ASC 330, Ensure recognition of cost of sales is in accordance with ASC 606 Revenue Recognition and investigate variances that seem out of line Ensure accounting and reporting is in compliance with US GAAP and Global Eagle Accounting Policy Overseeing annual physical inventory (as needed) Preparation of reports, presentations, and summaries for Senior Management as required Liaison with internal and external auditors to support financial and SOX audits Develop and maintain close relationships with operations team, management, and accounting department personnel Assist with identifying areas for process improvement that are scalable: to increase productivity; increase efficiency and reduce costs Assist with special projects and research projects as assigned by Manager Revenue, Connectivity and perform other tasks as needed What We're Looking For

Role Summary

Role Summary
The Content Programming Manager (CPM) is responsible for making movie, TV, and/or audio content decisions for our aviation clients. It is expected that CPMs are passionate about content and can use their enthusiasm and knowledge to effectively curate airlines' content libraries - balancing client satisfaction and Anuvu's commercial content strategy.

CPMs may support one or more accounts, depending on the volume of content, the frequency of refresh cycles, and the complexity of the account. They will be focused on meeting customers' content requirements, ensuring each piece of media is well thought out and will resonate with their passengers. Once CPMs have made their content recommendations to an airline, they will be expected to liaise with the client to get approval on final content selections. CPMs may be required to regularly discuss wider movie, TV and audio options with clients.
You will be on a constant learning curve from the airline and our global entertainment company, absorbing the latest trends and possibilities within this fast changing industry and utilizing your experience and knowledge of consumer technology and innovation, marrying the two together to create the 'Connected Customer Experience'.

What You'll Be Doing
Select movie, TV, and/or audio content for aviation clients based on their customers profiles and contractual requirements while managing Global Eagle's margin on content Screen content to assess quality and relevance to client Produce client-facing presentations illustrating content recommendations using a variety of tools Deliver on service level agreements and other contractual requirements such as adherence to a consistent booking pattern Manage internal paperwork to document content selections for Global Operations to order and process Assist with the onboarding of new IFE systems Identify opportunities for creative, themed collections and bespoke GUI collections Persuade and influence content selection choices to maximize profitability Perform forecasting for titles by airline and develop financial strategies to optimize margin Identify content for potential distributor deals for specific titles and suggest structure for deals for individual airlines Liaise with studios and content distributors regarding availability of assets (e.g language tracks, edited versions, HD/4K) Actively improve the quality of our clients' onboard product through curation and continuous improvement Research upcoming content (major studios, niche, regional, emerging, or independent content) to identify titles that would align well with our clients' content strategy Develop content roadmap in collaboration with client and calendar of events Propose creative ideas for RFP submissions across movies, TV, and audio content Escalate issues as they arise to ensure adherence to deadlines What We're Looking For

We require a Media Ops Technician to join our vibrant and fast paced Media Operations team, who will process all content from various sources and make available in the cloud. Content in the cloud will be available to internal areas for compliance edit purposes before onward delivery to clients or their dedicated delivery platform. This is a technical role requiring some data management, media prep, file archiving, ingesting, and delivery of media assets, therefore attention to detail and tenacity are a key requirement. Manages file transfers and uploads from local storage to cloud storage, restores archived content when requested and monitors archive library dashboard.
