Successful interns will be offered full time analyst positions following graduation in ARM's rotational program, which provides diverse exposure through a set of structured placements among several participating teams.
Core Responsibilities: Day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on risk stripe placement:
•Credit Risk: Assisting with credit analyses across Wholesale and Counterparty Credit, preparing risk committee packages, obtaining counterparty financial information and maintaining credit files, monitoring credit exposures, limits and related reports, supporting new business activities and interfacing with the front office and other internal departments
•Market & Liquidity Risk: Contributing to the measurement, monitoring and reporting of market and liquidity risks to the CRO, Senior Executives and Trading Management. They work with the trading desks to formulate the desk's limits structure and also reviews and approves large transactions that may impact risk. •Non-Financial Risk: Reviewing the current risk profile and challenging the business/oversight functions (“Divisions”) on their assessments. Job Description
We have an opening for a law student completing their second year of law school to serve as a Law Clerk in the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (Laboratory or LLNL) Office of General Counsel (OGC) during summer 2026.
The OGC is comprised of eleven experienced attorneys, as well as other legal professionals, who provide legal advice and support to the Laboratory across a wide spectrum of practice areas. Job Description
We have an opening for a law student completing their second year of law school to serve as a Law Clerk in the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (Laboratory or LLNL) Office of General Counsel (OGC) during summer 2026.
The OGC is comprised of eleven experienced attorneys, as well as other legal professionals, who provide legal advice and support to the Laboratory across a wide spectrum of practice areas. You can anticipate assignments in any of the substantive areas relevant to operation of the Laboratory: e.g., litigation; business transactions; environmental, safety and health; government contracts; export law; employment law; and more.
This position is full-time and paid for up to 12 weeks during the summer of 2026.

* Research and draft legal memoranda and other documents; compile, summarize and analyze factual material.
