He joined Edgen Corporation as President and Chief Operating Officer in January 2003. Prior to joining Edgen Murray Corporation, O’Leary served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Stupp Corporation, an independent manufacturer of electric-resistance welded custom steel line pipe, from 1995 to 2002. Prior to joining Stupp Corporation, he was Executive Vice- President and Chief Operating Officer of Maverick Tube Corporation, a pipe manufacturing company. He has also held management and executive positions with Red Man Pipe & Supply Company and Lone Star Steel Company. O’Leary is a former Vice-Chairman of the Committee on Pipe and Tube Imports and a member of the National Association of Steel Pipe Distributors. O’Leary is a graduate of the University of Tulsa with a B.S. in Education. The board believes that O’Leary’s depth of experience in the steel and pipe industry enables him to bring a unique and valuable business and managerial perspective to the Company.
