Learning Management System Administrator Responsibilities:
Become a subject matter expert on our Learning Management System, keeping informed of system features and updates and recommending changes as applicable to improve the user experience
Provide LMS administration and functional support to include user enrollments, granting access and modifying user permissions, assigning activities, training LMS users and key management, ongoing system improvements, coordinating resolution of system issues, and assisting learners with troubleshooting issues
Create and distribute LMS reporting to provide visibility to adoption, completion status, and effectiveness of training solutions delivered, including the development of success metrics

Coordinate training and events, prepare training logistics, coordinate preparation and distribution of materials, and maintain/monitor follow up task list to ensure timely completion.
Ensure that all training rooms, equipment, catering arrangements, and other requirements are booked in advance.
Manage event planning for various corporate events.
Work with external vendors, manage budgets, have the ability to conceptualize, create and deliver on all aspects for a World-class presentation/experience.
Mange all aspects from design concept (invitations/signage/awards/floral arrangements), food/beverage, seat planning, transportation, lighting and audiovisual needs
Onsite host and point of contact for all vendors, team members and guests through event life-cycle.

ICM UW is an integral part of the Institutional Credit Management (“ICM”) organization. The group's mandate is to deliver best-in-class credit risk analysis, monitoring and credit administration acting as a partner to Banking & International Risk and Corporate Banking to execute our shared commitment to ensuring the safety and soundness of wholesale lending across Client Organization.
ICM UW Analysis Credit Risk Senior Analysts are responsible for a portfolio of relationships, owning the credit risk analysis for those relationships, and being responsible for the continuous monitoring of that portfolio. That includes the production of annual reviews, quarterly reviews, and the support to ad-hoc transactions and portfolio & industry reviews and stress testing.
A Credit Risk Senior Analyst is expected to have a strong understanding of credit risk, of Citi´s internal policies and procedures, and of being relatively knowledgeable about the industry fundamentals that portfolio belongs to. They should need some supervision from their respective Underwriters, especially on more sensitive and complex credit situations, and be able to carry thoughtful conversations with partners.
This role has responsibility for the North America Industrials portfolio and the role reports directly to the Industrials Underwriting Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assess the credit and financial strength of Citi's Large Corporate, Public Sector, and Financial Institutions Clients by performing fundamental credit analysis of counterparties using both quantitative and qualitative factors
· Complete Credit Approval Memos (CAMs) and Final Obligor Risk Ratings (FORR) of Citi's Counterparties based on independent assessment and judgement; completed based on the due diligence of the client and industry knowledge to provide appropriate extensions of credit remaining within Citi's risk appetite
· Continuous monitoring of the covered portfolio, including following industry trends, impacts to key relationships, and escalation of potential credit issues to Team Leads, senior management, and business partners

Responsibilities:
* Assist the Banker in the creation of sales and marketing strategies designed to generate revenue growth and to acquire new target clients, with a focus on Investments
* Assist the Banker with prospecting - conduct new client/prospect research, generate leads and develop prospects, network to identify referrals to new clients/prospects, and coordinate client events
* Assist the Banker in profiling, qualifying and converting prospects into Citi Private Bank clients.
* Client/prospect meetings - Organize the pre-call planning, organizing post-meeting notes, and maintain all client call records including call reports
* Assist the Banker in deepening the existing client relationship through deep-dive analysis
* Provide accurate and timely revenue tracking and deal pipeline reports and other relevant information to the Banker
* Provide day to day support to Banker on documentation such as account opening and closing, loan disbursals, etc.
* Provide complete service support to client, including solving complex client inquiries
* Ensure appropriate documentation related to KYC/ AML from the client and ensure all aspects of client records and documentation are completed and updated
* Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

**Overview of the Role:**
The Infrastructure Senior Technology Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for assisting with LAN / WAN and help desk administration activities, including network maintenance, technical guidance, and security in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team. The overall objective is to use infrastructure technology knowledge and identified policies to process data, resolve issues and execute administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Create complex project plans, perform impact analyses solve/work high impact problems/projects, and provide resolutions to restore services
+ Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service
+ Design testing approaches, complex processes, reporting streams, and create automation of repetitive tasks
+ Review requirement documents, define hardware requirements and examine and update processes and procedures as necessary
+ Provide technical/strategic direction and act as advisor/coach to lower level analysts
+ Develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities and best practices
+ Responsible for overall operating system applications
