**Meaningful Work From Day One:**

+ Responsible for leading and advancing our Diversity & Inclusion strategy throughout our Corporate/Functional teams.

+ Serves as a strategic thought partner to the Chief Diversity Officer.

+ Provides advisory services to business leadership teams and human resources to drive corporate-wide D&I strategies, initiatives, programs and processes that enable all employees to bring their best selves to the workplace to do their best work.

+ In this role, the Director focuses on leading development and improvement across the four pillars, where applicable, of Brown-Forman's D&I strategy within the Corporate teams, which include Workforce, Community, Brands/Markets, and Supplier pillars.

**What You Can Expect:**

+ Partners with the Chief Diversity Officer to lead strategy development, D&I initiatives, and implementation throughout business teams. Develops and drives strategic D&I plans for all assigned leaders/organizations.

+ Collaborates with and advises business partners on D&I goal setting, developing action plans, communication strategies and evaluations.

+ Partners with Human Resources to diagnose cultural diversity needs and develop programs.

+ Provides diversity leadership and counsel to develop and communicate diversity and inclusion interventions, programs and events that result in positive diversity or work life programs.

+ Translates strategies into tactical plans with clear actions, accountability, and goals to promote best in class equitable diversity and inclusion practices.

+ Establishes a D&I Coaching Practice and other innovative initiatives to move the culture forward.

+ Partners with Global Talent Acquisition, to develop and implement diversity recruiting strategies and tactics that result in a robust talent pipeline of diverse talent at all levels of the organization.

+ Designs, develops and delivers conflict resolution initiatives as needed.

+ Accountable to oversee measurable metrics and statistics, in the diversity space, with best-in-class results for comparable companies.

**What You Bring To The Table:**

+ Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Diversity & Inclusion, organization behavior or related discipline required with 7+ years of related experience; or 13+ years of equivalent work experience.

+ Experience building and managing a diversity and inclusion strategy and plans, preferably in a corporate environment, with in-depth knowledge of diversity best practices, concepts and programs.

+ Experience leading cross-cultural, diverse teams, demonstrating inclusive leadership and ability to develop and coach team members.

+ Demonstrated ability to develop collaborative relationships with various stakeholders to co-create content and align on solutions.

+ Proven leader able to clearly communicate ideas and proposals to all levels, develop trust and influence as a senior thought leader with a broad relationship base.

+ Strong analytical skills, knowledge of the use of data analysis and metrics and the ability to translate data, research, and trends into actions.
