The incumbent will play a leadership role in ensuring that Masonite, a $2B global business with operations on four continents, reaches its short term and long-term growth objectives. This previously existing position became vacant when the person in the position was promoted to a different part of the organization. This position is focused on FP&A support for Operations Teams including Global Sourcing and Logistics.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Development of financial plans for Masonite's ~$1B global supply chain, including the annual operating plan, long-range plan and monthly/quarterly forecasts Single point of contact for all financial data requests relating to global supply chain Assist in execution of the operating plan while driving cross-functional peers to improve performance Monthly and quarterly reporting on global supply chain financial results and outlook to executive management Oversee the development and expansion of the global supply chain database used for financial planning and analysis Identifies gaps to financial goals and prioritizes actions Development of robust financial models to assess purchasing decisions in collaboration with cross-functional teams including global sourcing, logistics, segment finance, operations, etc.Act as finance liaison between Corporate / Business Segment Finance and Global Supply Chain teams Assist in reconciliation of detailed supply chain data to financial results as reported in the General LedgerOther ad hoc analyses as they arise
