The Supply Chain FP&A Manager is part of the Corporate FP&A Team. The incumbent will play a leadership role in ensuring that Masonite, a $2B global business with operations on four continents, reaches its short term and long-term growth objectives. This previously existing position became vacant when the person in the position was promoted to a different part of the organization. This position is focused on FP&A support for Operations Teams including Global Sourcing and Logistics.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Development of financial plans for Masonite's ~$1B global supply chain, including the annual operating plan, long-range plan and monthly/quarterly forecasts Single point of contact for all financial data requests relating to global supply chain Assist in execution of the operating plan while driving cross-functional peers to improve performance Monthly and quarterly reporting on global supply chain financial results and outlook to executive management Oversee the development and expansion of the global supply chain database used for financial planning and analysis Identifies gaps to financial goals and prioritizes actions Development of robust financial models to assess purchasing decisions in collaboration with cross-functional teams including global sourcing, logistics, segment finance, operations, etc.Act as finance liaison between Corporate / Business Segment Finance and Global Supply Chain teams Assist in reconciliation of detailed supply chain data to financial results as reported in the General LedgerOther ad hoc analyses as they arise

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
BS in Finance or Accounting required, MBA preferred7+ years' experience in a middle/senior financial business role Experience in manufacturing is required; cost accounting, sourcing and/or supply chain experience is preferred Proven track record of reporting and utilizing financial information to drive business performance Supervisory experience and demonstrated ability to create and build strong relationships Thorough understanding of financial systems Excellent skills in prioritizing and planning work activities, developing realistic action plans, time efficiency Ability to strike a balance between having perfect data/analysis and decision making Effective communication and influencing skills across all levels

Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

+ 5 years of experience in global supply chain management in consumer electronics.

+ Experience in manufacturing and supply chain.

+ Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred qualifications:

+ 8 years of experience in global supply chain management in consumer electronics.

+ Experience with commodities (e.g., display, touch, glass) which is used on Watch, AR/VR, Smartphone, Laptop, etc.

+ Experience partnering, collaborating, and working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Supplier teams.

+ Experience managing overall ramp readiness with Engineering, Operations, and Supplier teams.

+ Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes.

+ Excellent negotiation, communication, sourcing, consultation and collaboration skills.

+ Manage supplier roadmap, lead program RFI/RFQ negotiations, supplier selection process, and agreement negotiations.

+ Actively participate and influence supplier and sourcing strategy and execution.

+ Lead the communication with the cross-functional team and suppliers to resolve all issues that arise from the development and ramp stages and serve as the escalation point.

+ Manage suppliers to ensure material availability and readiness for the development builds and mass production.

Reporting to the Vice President of Global Supply Chain, the Business Operations Leader is a critical member of the Supply Chain executive leadership team. The role operates as a “chief of staff” to the VP and is responsible for helping to ensure key initiatives, commitments and communications pertaining to the supply chain are successfully delivered and achieved.

Help strategize and articulate the Supply Chain strategy Coordinate across the Supply Chain executive leadership team to gather and consolidate information, or to help ensure implementation of team initiatives Develop story and content for presentations to various audiences (e.g., ELT, Board of Directors); provide supporting details as needed Proactively plan meetings and follow-up on takeaways and actions Track and report progress against key supply chain metrics Coordinate and publish weekly WOR report Help determine agenda and prepare materials for quarterly Operations Reviews and weekly Staff calls; keep meetings running smoothly and on time with primary objectives achieved Collaborate with Finance to create and manage annual and quarterly budget outlooks Partner with People & Culture to ensure organizational, talent and employee engagement goals are embedded in plans and strategies Collaborate with Communications team to supply content and develop various communications (e.g., All Hands meetings) Perform research on a variety of strategic topics as needed Anticipate and resolve conflicts or issues Identify and implement operational improvement changes for the leadership team
