Direct Client is deploying its new Enterprise Digital Backbone based on the SAP S4H technology under the ASPIRE Project, which includes various functions and processes. Under the overall ASPIRE Procurement Deployment Lead's guidance, you are responsible for the Demand to Pay (Procurement) area, issue management and process stabilization. In this position, your accountabilities include, but are not limited to: ● Successful Project Deployment and support: Coordination of all the ASPIRE Procurement solutions deployment (SAP S4H for Direct Procurement, GEP Nexxe for supplier collaboration, and GEP Smart for Indirect procurement) Align/Monitor with the 3rd party partner the deployment activities. All milestones and deliverables according to the project plan are on time and within the expected quality Adhered to the standard deployment methodology ensuring compliance with the approach, governance, cost and service level parameters The promotion and the deployment of the Global Template solution and potential deviations are handled according to the defined processes with the relevant development team. Together with the Business Process Management and/or other teams, lead the successful execution of process workshops and alignment sessions with the sites. All go-no-go criteria are met and approved by the relevant customer. Successful handover to Solutions & Services (RSS) operations or other parties has been approved. Conduct change impact analysis. Implement practical and sustainable processes aligned with the new system. ● Lead/ partner for analysis and management of Procurement Operational activities & Issue Resolution: Analytical Problem Solving - Ability to identify problems, define problem statements clearly and accurately and apply structured and disciplined methodology to identify data-driven root causes. Innovative and effective in solution development, risk mitigation, and execution. Identify & document potential process/system improvements. Ensure the system improvements are implemented or added to the system roadmap. Ensure effective support from Solutions & Services (RSS) for operations such as Help Desk, Buyer & Accounts Payable functions. Execute/ lead/ partner on targeted operations activities that need to be completed to meet the project or are required per standard procurement operations (e.g. Clean/ update Master data, follow-up with Suppliers to drive a deployment/ change and other activities). Project team development to drive the goals: Ensure proper team set up and tasks assignments, including the coordination with the deployment partner. Provide input to the team member's line manager in order to recognize contributions and to highlight areas of improvement. Who you are ● You're someone who wants to influence your own development. Finance, Supply Chain & Direct Materials experience is a plus. ● Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is a preferred. ● You possess the following qualifications, experience, and personal attributes: Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated proficiency in influencing, negotiating, and effective global collaboration. Ability to effectively communicate across various levels of a complex, matrix organization. Service orientation mindset to shape a high-quality and reliable project delivery service. Experience in a Business Operations environment is a plus. Proven track record of efficient stakeholder management Demonstrated ability to successfully direct, coordinate, and strategically integrate multiple streams of information and activities at a program level. You are a self-driven professional, adaptable and resilient, with a growth mindset. Digital savvy and process efficiency-oriented person.
