You will be part of a team of 11 Procurement professionals committed to supporting our organization in providing sustainable solutions for our customers. We an international team located on multiple continents and involving multiple cultures, all focused on the success of our customers.

Your responsibilities
Leads Global purchasing activities and guides relevant internal stakeholders to ensure purchasing strategies and contracts are implemented locally Manages specific supplier activities to ensure that Global priorities and deliverables are met Deploys Global purchasing in alignment with global category strategies Purchases and expedites complex products and items, which requires good understanding of technical specifications Analyses and evaluates different suppliers on the basis of overall set strategies to ensure that the chosen suppliers are appropriate according to strategy Negotiates terms and conditions with suppliers within set parameters to assure supplier compliance Monitor logistics to meet requirements.Maintain effective supplier relationships and communicate with suppliers to obtain desired results.Ensure on time shipments and deliveries.Follow Quality issues to suppliers and track NCR resolution.Set positive example with personal performance and maintain a positive work environment.Promote a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company's operational activities

What you bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field is desired.High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.Record of effect use of an ERP system.Working knowledge of MRP systems.Ability to develop and maintain good relationships on all levels with customers and internally.Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Role Description
We are looking for a Manager in Global Supply Management to lead sourcing efforts for critical components of Form Energy's long duration energy storage systems. This person will be responsible for setting strategies and leading team members responsible for selecting and negotiating with vendors to deliver high quality, low cost materials and components that meet Form's aggressive performance, cost, and timeline requirements. The responsibilities cover end-to-end oversight, from market analyses, trend spotting, and supplier development to NPI, cost reductions, risk management, and continuous improvement to ensure Form is delivering the best-in-class solution.

This person will be both the internal and external point of contact for sourcing and procurement of these critical components. The role will report to the Sr. Manager of Supply Chain, and engage cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams. In particular, this person will engage with Systems Engineering and Advanced Development teams to optimize performance, cost, and manufacturing targets for critical materials and components.

What you'll do:Develop strategies and clear roadmaps to deliver against aggressive cost targets and deployment timelines for Form's novel long duration energy storage systems.Own responsibility for identifying, developing, negotiating, and managing relationships with vendors to supply critical materials for Form's energy storage products. Scope will include both active and inactive materials, as well as contract manufacture and assembly of certain components.Perform market analyses, define cost structures, develop should-cost models, forecast industry trends and risks, and leverage expertise to ensure Form is working with and procuring from best-in-class suppliers to meet our cost and growth targets.Execute and ensure compliance with robust commercial terms while managing supplier risk.Work with engineering and development teams to define and optimize cost, performance, and commercial targets for critical materials and components.Work with finance to define long term cost planning and minimized BOM costs for Form systems.
What you'll bring:Quantitative, analytical, data-driven decision maker Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, engineering or other quantitative discipline; MBA a plus5+ years experience in supply chain, consulting, or commodity trading; Experience in manufacturing, metals, battery, and/or chemical industries a plus Ability to multitask, prioritize efforts, and effectively communicate progress and strategic roadmaps

We are currently seeking a Global Supply Manager supporting Retail IT EMEA. The Global Supply Manager manages company business with a group of suppliers and is a key internal interface with Retail IT supporting Corporate Retail Sales and Service, Retail Development and Retail Operations.

The Global Supply Manager must identify, develop, and manage the global supply chain, work with contractors and vendors, materials, services, and equipment providers required for our showrooms and service centers' operations. They will help establish our global supply chain strategy, manage end to end contracting, supplier management, and support cross function teams in execution.
The RoleCollaborate across Corporate Retail within four teams: Sales, Service, Design & Construction, and Operations & Maintenance to identify potential suppliers with the right qualifications to meet Lucid's expectations and timeline.Work with vendors and contractors to source for technology equipment and services in support of Corporate IT. This role is specific to Corporate Retail IT which is part of Corporate IT. The GSM will expand Corporate governance in other Geographic Regions to connect stores, service centers, delivery centers, and offices globally.Create RFQs, review, analyze and clarify quotations from vendors and develop sound sourcing and business recommendations balancing cost, quality, lead-time, and technical considerations.Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and manage cost changes throughout the lifecycle of the product. Maintain overall contractor relationships and act as single point of contact for all commercial issues.Work with contractors and project team to manage design changes and impacts.Manage company budgets to ensure project deliver on- time and on-budget.Manage contractor development and project timelines, develop solutions to delays or problems that arise.Work with internal business partners; Finance, Legal, Accounts Payables, and other cross functional teams on projects.Own key supplier relationships and performance, both strategic and tactical, through the entire life cycle of company projects. Travel 15-25% to visit suppliers to perform business and program reviews
