Plan, design, implement and maintain computer-based or web-based training modules as required. Assist in determinations of appropriate presentation methods, text content evaluation, edit material for style, layout, design, grammar, clarity, readability, and conformity to standards. Participate in Technical Manual In-Process Reviews (IPRs), technical manual validations, and verifications, required. Record and maintain technical corrective actions (CRM). Write, edit, and help with sections updates to User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) copy. Minimum Qualifications: Must be US Citizen. Bachelors or higher degree in Education, Journalism, English, or equivalent degree field, from an accredited college or university, with eight (8) years or more experience. Twelve (12) years of relevant experience, in lieu of a degree. Experience using Arbortext | XML. Technical Training/Writing experience with MIL-STD-45001-1 (or current version), MIL-HDBK-1222, MIL-STD-3031/ASD, MIL-PRF-63002, MIL-PRF-63033, and DA PAM 25-40.
