Deb Alderson joined Sotera Defense Solutions as President & CEO on July 8, 2013. She is known for her energetic leadership style and has a track record of developing high performance teams focused on driving operational excellence and business growth. Ms. Alderson has over 25 years of experience working in national security and prior to joining Sotera she was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of SRA International where she oversaw four main operating groups with over 6,000 employees.

Telecom executive with broad muti-functional leadership experience. Led sales and business development efforts in service provider, channel and enterprise/large business segments. Have been responsible for organizational design, strategy and positioning of multiple business units at an enterprise level.

International Software Executive with core skills in strategic planning, sales, business development, and global expansion with publicly traded and PE-backed organizations. Extensive practice with enterprise software management solutions serving enterprises, government agencies and telecom operators, directly and through Alliances and Channels worldwide. Currently President, International Operations at Global Tel*Link (GTL), a leading software enabled product and services company for the public safety space. Holds a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Dauphine University in Paris as well as a Mathematics and Physics degree. Excels in multi-cultural environments with broad global business experience, fluency in four languages, dual-citizen US and France. Lives in NY for over 15 years.

John Pitsenberger is an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Global Tel Link and is based in Reston, Virginia. He has worked as Vice President of Finance at Iron Bow Technologies, Vice President & Corporate Controller at Apptis (now part of URS Corporation), and Assistant Corporate Controller at Deltek. John studied at Robert H Smith School of Business between 1992 and 1996.
