Lip-Bu Tan (born November 12, 1959) is a Malaysian-born American executive and entrepreneur presently the CEO of Cadence Design Systems and Chairman of Walden International, a venture capital firm.

Albert D. Bolles, Ph.D. joined the board of directors in May 2018. He is the CEO of Landec Corporation, a company that designs, develops, manufactures and sells health and wellness products for food and biomaterials markets. Before joining Landec, Dr. Bolles served as the executive vice president, chief technology and operations officer of ConAgra Foods, where he directed the development and execution of multiple product innovations. Prior to ConAgra, he was the vice president of worldwide research and development for PepsiCo Beverages and Foods and the research and development director for Gerber Foods. Dr. Bolles is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he earned Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in food science and a bachelors’ degree in microbiology. He holds several patents and has won numerous awards for his contributions to food science, the industry and academics.

Wen-Chi is the President and Chief Executive Officer at VIA Technologies Inc. since 1992. Under Wen-Chi’s leadership, VIA has transformed from a chipset designer to a leading developer of silicon chip technologies and PC platform solutions driving innovation in PCs, notebooks, thin clients and embedded systems. Wen-Chi serves as a Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors at Television Broadcasts Limited, Member of the Board of Trustees at Caltech and a Member of the Board of Directors at HTC Corporation. Wen-Chi was selected as a top entrepreneur by BusinessWeek in its 2001 “The Stars of Asia: 50 Leaders at the Forefront of Change.” A graduate of the National Taiwan University and the California Institute of Technology. Wen-Chi is a Member of the Information Science and Technology (IST) Advisory Council in Caltech's Division of Engineering and Applied Science. Wen-Chi received a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Caltech.

Amit brings over 20 years of executive management, technological and entrepreneurial experience to the Prysm team. With a proven track record of growing successful technology-related businesses, and a career that spans the data-storage, high-end optical telecommunication, and low-cost datacom devices industries, Amit is well versed in the integration of technologies and manufacturing processes. Before founding Prysm, Amit was CEO of Bigbear Network and the co-founder and CEO of Versatile Optical Networks, which was acquired by Vitesse Semiconductor Corp. At Vitesse, Amit led the Optical Systems Division as Vice President and General Manager until the division was acquired by Avanex Corporation. Prior to Versatile, Amit held several management positions in startups and established large companies including Terastor, Optex Communications, and Digital Equipment Corporation. Amit holds a BS in Physics, a BSEE, MSEE & MBA degrees.
