Pros of working at GlobalFoundries

The only pro I can think off is you get experience with semiconductor to be able to move on to a better company that actually treats you better.

Cons of working at GlobalFoundries

Very toxic work environment, no accountability, people sleeping , not doing their job, little chance for proper raises and promotions.

How would you improve GlobalFoundries's culture?

By managers actually doing their job and holding people accountable for their actions. I see to many employees sitting around not working or sleeping. It's a joke.
