RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for managing the Executive Director's calendar, correspondence and electronic communication; drafts correspondence and ensures timely response; extends invitations on behalf of the Executive Director; and serves on committees as requested.

Partners and supports early care and education providers to support ongoing communication with parents regarding mental health, behavioral, or developmental concerns of their children.
Provides technical assistance in 3-hour increments to Group Homes, Child Care Centers, Home Based Providers, Tribal Nations, and Homeless Shelters holding a registration agreement with ADES.
Submits accurate and complete reports as per program guidelines and according to program timelines.
