Pinto Valley is an open-pit copper mine located at the west end of the historic Globe-Miami mining district of central Arizona, approximately 80 miles east of Phoenix. Additional Potential Benefits: Annual tool allowance to $800.00 Eligible for sign-on bonus of $5,000 POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES The leach crew has the primary responsibility of taking care of any leaks in the raffinate system that occur during day shift, stripping dumps coming off-line, installing new header lines, installing drip emitter tape, utilizing equipment to perform small amounts of earthwork, performing PMs on the leach dumps, and presently includes swapping out leach diesel pumps as needed. These tasks include operating heavy equipment and operating an HDPE pipe fusing machine. .
