As an intern, you will work closely with your group lead and other associates who will help you apply your knowledge and grow your skills on projects that have a significant impact. We are looking for candidates to work alongside engineering staff to support ongoing projects. Job Description: Glosten is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. This role is responsible for accounts payable, corporate credit card reconciliations, employee expense reimbursements, collections of outstanding accounts receivable, and assisting with monthly billing and close activities. The Staff Accountant will also support job activation, client and vendor setup in Deltek Vantagepoint and collaborate closely with other members of the accounting team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial operations. We are looking for candidates who: Has a strong foundation in general accounting practices. Is comfortable working across multiple functions. Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable process, including vendor invoice entry, coding, and payment. Perform weekly credit card reconciliations for all company-issued credit cards.
