Nick Earl is the President of Worldwide Studios at Kabam, a leader in AAA mobile free-to-play games. Nick oversees the strategy and development of Kabam’s games across the company’s global studios, including hit franchises such as Marvel Contest of Champions, Fast & Furious and Kingdoms of Camelot. A 20-year industry veteran, Nick previously served as senior vice president and general manager at EA Mobile, where he oversaw such free-to-play hits as The Simpsons: Tapped Out, The Sims Free Play and Real Racing 3. Prior to EA Mobile, Nick was senior vice president of EA Games launching franchise games such as Knockout Kings, James Bond, Tiger Woods PGA Tour, The Godfather, Lord of the Rings and Dead Space. He also served as the Vice President of Product Development at Eidos and as Executive Producer and General Manager at The 3DO Company. Nick graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Raised over $400 million ranging from Series A - D financing, venture debt and institutional debt, Initial Public Offering, public follow-on offerings and public to public strategic investments.• Public Company Operations/Investor Relations: 12 years experience as public company CFO ($1 Billion Market Cap) in public company operations and investor relations. Lead investor relations executive with external facing relationships including institutional investors, hedge funds and mutual funds, and equity research analysts.• Operations: COO with broad offshore experience managing in game live operations, QA, business intelligence, insourced art and customer care.• Global Expertise: Broad experience with offshore game studios, employees, channel partners and M&A. Currently manage 275 employees in Hyderabad India.• P&L Responsibility: Responsible for $20 million of Bookings and $8 million EBITDA from older catalog game titles being managed by India live ops team• Board and Advisory: 12 years as lead internal executive for Glu Audit Committee and Compensation Committee; investor and advisor to several private Companies.• Liquidity Events: Four successful liquidation events- three trade sales and one IPO.• M&A: Completed 18 acquisitions (7 international) including private to private, public to private and public to public; lead operational executive on diligence, negotiation and integration. Lead financial executive on China’s Tencent $126 million strategic investment in Glu. Investment at 22% premium to prior 30 day average price.
