Founded in 1954, GMN has grown from a few employees in a small facility in Seattle, WA to more than 1,000 employees spanning six plants: Seattle, WA (corporate headquarters), San Jose, CA, Monroe, NC, Beaverton, OR, Singapore, and China.
Other examples of the V angle design included the 1960 Cadillac with its widening style that reached its maximum and the height of the arms at its minimum.

GMN made its first move to international production by establishing the GMN Singapore in 1997 to better serve the key accounts in this region.
In 2005, GMN established the China division, with the factory of 15,000 square feet for labels, nameplates and die-cut parts production.
In 2007, GMN’s China division moved to a newly remodeled state-of-art facility with 50,000 square feet in Dongguan.
