The Inside Sales Representative's (ISR) primary role is to partner with Territory Sales Managers (TSM) to maintain and grow sales in a specified territory. The ISR is responsible for lead generation, maintaining customer satisfaction and building relationships with our VA, Indian Health, Department of Defense, and Community Care customers.

+ Lead generation- Prospecting new customers to increase customer count. Prospecting existing customers to increase order rate.
+ Conducting outreach via phone and email
+ Assess customer needs.
+ Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
+ Promote current products on VA Contract. Educate customers on the company's current and upcoming product lines and technologies to provide better overall solution and increase order rate.
+ Address customer questions and overcoming objections.
+ Monitor On-Boarding report to identify new customers for the on-boarding process.
+ Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
+ Utilize available sales reporting tools to monitor territory strengths, opportunities, challenges, and threats.
+ Work cooperatively with TSM and CSR on sales process to grow territory.
+ Travel to events such as National Seminars and Regional Seminars as required.
+ Some topical presentation as needed.
+ Stay current on product knowledge, including features and functions.

**Pay Transparency Notice:**
Total annual compensation for this position includes a competitive base pay, along with performance-based commissions that reward you for your contributions to the company's success. Depending on your work location, the annual base pay for this position may range from $45,000-$55,000 and the total annual compensation, including at-plan commissions, may be around $85,000-$95,000. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience. What You'll Do ✨

Generate interest in Arcade through various outbound prospecting efforts including email, LinkedIn, and cold-calling
Proactively reach out to Growth customers to expand use cases and teams using Arcade

Partner with Account Executives on account mapping and messaging for outreach

The Work

The opportunity
Build rapport and initiate conversations with potential clients via phone and email outreach
Introduce qualified prospects to the Account Executive team to convert into valuable customers
Build, maintain and exceed a pipeline of qualified sales leads around forecasted goals and defined objectives
Strategize with top-producing Account Executives and Sales Managers to improve performance, processes and procedures
Leverage CRM (Salesforce.com) to prospect

6+ months of experience
Experience prospecting enterprise buyers a plus
Ability to use interpersonal and active listening skills in order to build relationships
Ability to establish clear value propositions via excellent communication skills in these forms: customer conversations; company and product presentations; written communications such as email and proposals
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM a plus

The annual on-target earnings (OTE) for this position are $75,200 - $78,500, which consists of the annual base salary and annual commission target for the role. You will also be eligible to receive Company equity. Actual OTE will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience.
