Position Description
This full-time driving position offers a wide variety of work with flexible options across all locations. No experience necessary, as paid training is provided. A School Bus driver is in charge of providing safe transport for school aged children. Duties include, but are not limited to transporting children to and from school, obeying traffic laws, ensuring the safety of all students.
This unique position offers flexibility in the location, vehicle, and hours one can work during the week. This position is or will become certified to drive many different vehicles, and will be servicing schools throughout our 20 locations as operational needs come up. School bus needs are usually Monday through Friday but can in some cases include Saturday or Sunday hours.

Qualifications
* Drivers must possess and maintain a valid Wisconsin Driver's License and have a good driving record.
* Drivers must be at least 21 years of age with a minimum of three years continued, valid licensed driving status.
* Drivers must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with school bus (S*) and passenger endorsements (P*) with the Airbrake restriction lifted.
* Drivers must successfully pass a company sponsored Department of Transportation (DOT) physical, pre-employment drug test and background check. They must also meet Department of Transportation requirements.

Major Responsibilities

*In relation to subordinates, is responsible for hiring; firing; approving salary increases or decreases; training and employee development; planning and directing the work; disciplining; handling employee complaints or grievances; and handling performance reviews. Reviews repair orders. May order fuel for vehicles, order parts, and subcontract repair work.
Initiates and implements projects that improve efficiency and/or reduces operating costs.
Ensures that maintenance technicians are trained on current operating procedures, are properly equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely and cost effective manner.
Supervises bus fueling. May arrange services for building and ground keeping.
Completes special projects as assigned. Required to perform hands-on work activities.

Position Description
This part-time position offers flexible hours throughout the week, as our operation is 24 hours a day. Duties include but are not limited to providing safe transportation that is efficient and on-time to identified destinations, preparing documents, paperwork and reports accurately and on-time, and delivering customer service that reflects professionalism in communication and actions.
This is an opportunity to provide excellent customer service while transporting students and employees!
Qualifications
* Drivers must possess and maintain a valid Wisconsin Commercial Driver's License with Passenger endorsement and have a good driving record.
* Drivers must be at least 25 years of age with a minimum of three years continued, valid licensed driving status.
* Prior experience as car service/chauffeur/shuttle driver preferred
* Drivers must successfully pass a company sponsored pre-employment drug test and background check. They must also meet Department of Transportation requirements.
