Responsibilities include
Monitors The Lodge during their shift, from 7 AM to 3 PM.

Perform telephone screening for potential clients.
Transport clients when needed.

The Security Monitor plays a key role in maintaining a safe, stable, and welcoming environment at Solara House, a residential facility serving individuals impacted by violence, trauma, and homelessness. This position is responsible for monitoring facility safety throughout the night, conducting regular security rounds, observing camera feeds, supporting staff, and ensuring all entrances remain secure. With a calm presence and strong situational awareness, the Security Monitor helps protect the well-being of residents and staff and reinforces the trauma-informed, client-centered values of Restorative Pathways.

Facility & Grounds Safety
Conduct scheduled and unscheduled security rounds on all floors, including common areas, hallways, stairwells, and exterior perimeters.

Monitoring & Surveillance

Access Control

This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed, culturally responsive services that meet all contractual, regulatory, and agency standards. The DoARS builds strong, solutions-oriented teams; ensures programs are fully staffed and supported; maintains strict compliance with funding and licensing requirements; and drives continuous improvement through data, accountability, and collaborative leadership.
The Director of Adult Residential Services will lead a dedicated team, maintain program compliance with all relevant standards, and work collaboratively across departments to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes for clients. The DoARS will actively participate as a member of the RP Leadership team. The DoARS is also expected to maintain regular visibility across locations conducting site visits regularly each month, per program to strengthen relationships, enhance communication, and ensure service delivery aligns with the agencys mission and standards.
Responsibilities include:
Program Leadership & Oversight
Provide high-level leadership for all adult residential programs, ensuring cohesive operations and alignment with agency values and strategic priorities.
Oversee daily program functioning, crisis response systems, service coordination, and adherence to trauma-centered practices.
Conduct minimum three-monthly site visits to each program to maintain connection, address barriers, review quality, and support teams.
Ensure programs maintain a safe, structured, and welcoming environment for all participants.
Participate in continuous growth and development that aligns with your role's responsibilities and the agency's strategic plan.
Act as an Ambassador for Restorative Pathways in all interactions with staff, clients, partners, and the community. Possess a full understanding of all RP services and confidently communicate internally and externally high-level messaging.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure programs meet or exceed all regulatory, contractual, and funder requirements, including county shelter standards and applicable state/local guidelines.
Oversee implementation of internal QA systems, audits, corrective actions, and ongoing improvements to documentation and practice.
Partner with training/learning departments to ensure staff meet required competencies and certification standards.
Staff Supervision & Development
Directly supervise Facility Managers and other assigned leadership roles.
Foster a culture of accountability, professional growth, collaboration, constant feedback and trauma-informed leadership.
Lead staffing strategy across programs, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, succession planning, and performance evaluation.
Support managers in developing strong scheduling systems, equitable workloads, and clear communication channels.
Effectively manage crises, including de-escalating situations and implementing solutions, while providing clear direction and support to the team to maintain stability and ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals involved.
Programming & Service Delivery
Ensure programs deliver high-quality, person-centered services tailored to the needs of adults and families experiencing homelessness or interpersonal violence.
Guide implementation of evidence-informed practices, empowerment-based services, and effective crisis intervention.
Promote integration of resource navigation, community partnerships, life skills development, and wraparound supports.
Ensure that any incidents or safety concerns are reported, addressed, and documented in accordance with the agency's policies and protocols.
Collaboration & Communication
Serve as a primary liaison between Adult Residential Programs and internal departments such as HR, Finance, Operations, Training, and Outreach.
Partner closely with the Chief Program Officer to align department goals, address systemic issues, and advance long-term programmatic vision.
Ensure consistent communication with program teams, funders, inspectors, and community partners.
Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, community organizations, and local service providers to enhance services for residents.
Advocate for the needs of adults in residential care and represent the organization in relevant community forums, coalitions, and public engagements.
Work closely with the operations department to ensure residential facilities are well-maintained, safe, and meet all regulatory and organizational standards, addressing maintenance issues promptly to provide a secure and supportive environment for residents and staff.
Data, Reporting & Budget Oversight
Oversee program budgets, ensuring appropriate spending, documentation, and alignment with fiscal guidelines.
Track and analyze key performance indicators, service outcomes, and staffing metrics.
Ensure timely submission of funder reports, incident documentation, and required compliance records.
Complete functional timesheets by assigned due dates in compliance with time allocations.
Actively participate in reflective supervision sessions.

Working Conditions
This position is eligible for hybrid in person & remote work. Time spent on-site versus remote working will be discussed and agreed upon with your supervisor. You are expected to be availableon-site as necessary given business needs. You must be able to stand for long periods of time and perform physical activities, including lifting up to 25 pounds. You will be subject to frequent interruptions and must be able to multitask and handle stress.
Local travel in the greater Bay Area may be required.

What You Will Do
The anticipated start date for this position is December 2025. This position is a hands-on position overseeing the operational aspects of the kitchen at Solara House. In this role, you will work with the Program Coordinator and Residential Advocates to plan and prepare the menu, grocery shopping meals and snacks for the programs adhering to all licensing and food safety requirements and standards. You will also play a key role in establishing the NSLP and making sure their standards and guidelines are met.

What You Will Do
The anticipated start date for this position is Winter 2025. The Director of Adult Residential Services provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and program excellence across all of our adult residential programs. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed, culturally responsive services that meet all contractual, regulatory, and agency standards. The DoARS builds strong, solutions-oriented teams; ensures programs are fully staffed and supported; maintains strict compliance with funding and licensing requirements; and drives continuous improvement through data, accountability, and collaborative leadership.
The Director of Adult Residential Services will lead a dedicated team, maintain program compliance with all relevant standards, and work collaboratively across departments to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes for clients. The DoARS will actively participate as a member of the RP Leadership team. The DoARS is also expected to maintain regular visibility across locations conducting site visits regularly each month, per program to strengthen relationships, enhance communication, and ensure service delivery aligns with the agency's mission and standards.

The Operations team manages our worldwide distribution network and is responsible for authenticating our sneakers, fulfilling orders and ensuring on-time delivery to buyers. Through our technological innovation and logistical efficiency, you will join a team that prides itself on being the most trusted marketplace in the industry while shipping and processing tens of millions of products for our global buyers and sellers.
Role Overview
The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing material, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse or distribution center.
In this role, you will:
Load and unload product to and from delivery vehicles and designated storage areas within the warehouse
Read production schedule, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to figure out items to be moved, gathered, or distributed within the warehouse or distribution center
Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence, such as: size, type, style, color, or product code
Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas in the warehouse
Use equipment such as an RF Gun to find and pick products for order
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to process orders (outbound/inbound), restock facility, follow inventory guidelines, and other tasks as necessary to the successful operation of the distribution center
Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items accurately and timely
Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department
Mark materials with identifying information
Open bales, crates, and other containers
Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed
Weigh or counts items for distribution to ensure conformance to company standards
Arrange stock parts in specified sequence for assembly by other workers
Inspect products for defects prior to packing for shipping
Unload trucks and places materials in proper location in the warehouse
Enter and maintains inventory records in the computer
Prepare parcels for mailing
Clean warehouse area and performs routine housekeeping
Other duties as required and assigned
We are looking for:
High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
Minimum 1 to 3 months of related experience
Ability to work overtime as needed
Ability to perform these operations using units of American currency and weight measurement, volume, and distance
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions
Ability to complete duties with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
Ability to multitask
