Thanks Starrion. The focus is on helping our customers succeed through awesome products and services and the "actual merits" is where we're going to compete. Our scale, however we got there, allows us to invest in infrastructure and people in disproportionate amounts from others in the space. We'll leverage that to create a product and drive value for our customers. Don't get me wrong, our marketing team is really creative and we're still going to have attention grabbing / humorous ads (I wasn't expecting them to have JCVD but after seeing the end result he met both criteria!) but it really comes down to delivering on the promise we make our customers. One other thing I'd say on this... if you look at our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/GoDaddy) you'll see we're focusing on our customer stories and how we support their businesses. You're going to see more of that. My team of PM's and developers are working to get to know our customers better every day (including inviting small businesses in to our office to sit and work with us) and to deliver what they need to succeed. If we do it right then they'll be our best sales people.

Trying to help a customer who didn't know how to copy/paste. Also, we get a lot of people who call when their internet isn't working and think we are their ISP.
