Leads tours, highlighting key features of our brand and the center and maintains strong connections with potential customers Has a strong understanding of the childcare offerings within the community Maintains the lead tracking portal and customer database Coordinates the registration process and maintains customer and employee information in center systems Responsible for communications to families (i.e. billing, newsletters) Plans and manages budget for “parent pleasers” CUSTOMER FOCUS Leads tour with prospective families, highlighting key features and points of difference of our curriculum, teacher tenure/quality, etc. Regularly communicates with families regarding student progress Executes “parent pleasers” Execution of our Show and Tell Regularly audits and maintains all records and files for students and teachers Responsible for accident/incident reporting Manages new customer administration and files in compliance with state licensing regulations Qualifications: Child Development Associate Certification. Minimum one year teaching experience. knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations. CPR and First Aide Certification highly preferred.
