Young-Scrivner has served as CEO of GODIVA Chocolatier, the global leader in premium, artisanal chocolate, since September 2017. Prior to joining GODIVA, she served in a variety of senior executive roles at Starbucks Corporation since 2009, including Executive Vice President, Global Digital & Loyalty Development; President, Teavana & Executive Vice President of Global Tea; President of Starbucks Canada; and Global Chief Marketing Officer & President of Tazo Tea. Prior to her time at Starbucks, Young-Scrivner spent 19 years at PepsiCo, serving in senior leadership positions in sales, marketing and general management including CMO and Head of Sales for Quaker Foods and Snacks Division; Chairman and Region President of PepsiCo Foods Greater China; and Vice President and General Manager of PepsiCo’s Target team.

In addition to her current duties as CEO, Young-Scrivner serves on the Board of Directors of Tiffany & Co., and has served on the board of Macy’s, Inc. Young-Scrivner holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Foster School of Business, University of Washington, and an Executive MBA from the Carlson School of Business, University of Minnesota. She has also had executive education training at Yale School of Management, IMD in Switzerland, and the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia.

Amy Zuckerman is a Chief People Officer at Godiva and is based in New York City, New York. She has worked as Director of Human Resources at ESCADA; Director Of Human Resources at Genesis Direct; and Head of Human Resources, Americas at Salvatore Ferragamo. Amy attended Boston University and Lehigh University.

Franks has over three decades of proven results in driving global growth, leading the complex operations of large, publicly traded companies, including one of the biggest food and beverage businesses in the world. In the COO created in February 2020, Franks is responsible for advancing operational excellence for GODIVA across every global market.

Franks joined GODIVA from Aramark, a $16 billion global company with 280,000 employees, where he served as COO, International. During his seven years with the company, his leadership was instrumental in accelerating the company's growth and delivering exceptional service to clients and customers.

Prior to that, Franks had a successful 29-year career with Pepsi Bottling Company, which included serving as President of Pepsi Mexico with 23,000 employees. In that role, he led the turnaround efforts for the country's sales, manufacturing and distribution business. He also served as SVP of global sales and chief customer officer where business operations accounted for $14 billion in revenue.

John Galloway is a Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer at Godiva, Board Member at World of Beer, and Chief Executive Officer at Beautiful Day and is based in Orlando, Florida. He has worked as Account Director Mountain Dew at TracyLocke, Account Manager at Burson-Marsteller, and VP/Chief Marketing Officer at Hard Rock. John works or has worked at TRACEY.LOCKE LIMITED and Young & Rubicam and works or has worked as VP:Marketing at PEPSICO INC, VP/General Manager at Gatorade, and Brand Manager at Mountain Dew. He studied at Manhattan College between 1987 and 1989, West Point-United States Military Academy between 1985 and 1987, and James I O'Neill High School.

Maria Lavin is a Chief HR Officer at Godiva and is based in London, Greater London, United Kingdom. She has worked as Head of Change Management at Marks & Spencer, Merchandising Manager at Marks & Spencer, and Vice President of Human Resources at Burberry. Maria attended Bexley Technical High School for Girls.

Tracey Cole is a Senior Executive Assistant to Global Chief Financial Officer at Godiva and is based in Greater New York City Area. She has worked as Senior Executive Assistant to Global CEO and Global CFO - WPP Health Practice at WPP; Executive Assistant to Senior Vice President, Planning and Distribution at Bloomingdale's; and Senior Executive Assistant to Chairman, President & CEO at SCHOLASTIC CORP. Tracey studied at PERKIOMEN SCHOOL and AEXIS BELGIUM.
