Mike leads the finance organization and supports the company as it continues to drive growth and expansion in the K-12 market. With more than 20 years of finance and corporate growth experience, Mike previously served as the CFO of ThriftBooks, one of the largest online sellers of used books in the world with over 20 million book sales a year. Prior to that position, Mike spent 14 years at Microsoft, where he held various senior financial and operational roles across the company in corporate finance and Microsoft Office and Bing business units.

Mike has an incredible track record in guiding and scaling SaaS businesses, as well as a unique instinct for identifying and managing high-performing and smart growth opportunities.

Brandon McAllister is a Chief Revenue Officer at GoGuardian and is based in Los Angeles, California. He has worked as Sales and Marketing Analyst at Prime Systems Network Inc; Vice President, Global Sales at PowerReviews; and Business Development Manager at Prime Systems Network Inc. Brandon studied at Medina Christian Academy and CLEVELAND STATE UNIVERSITY until 2004.

Cyrus oversees GoGuardian’s teams tasked with designing and building the expansion of GoGuardian’s product offerings in the K-12 space. Cyrus brings 25 years of hardware and software experience with roles in product management, program management, and software development, culminating most recently in an executive leadership role at Google.

Over 14 years at Google, Cyrus managed the education, enterprise, and consumer sides of product teams, including Android, Chrome, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Tasks, and the Enterprise Search business. Most notably, he served as the original product lead responsible for launching Chromebooks to schools worldwide, a product that is now the market leader in K-12 globally.

Cyrus holds M.S. and B.S. degrees in both computer science and biomedical engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

Elizabeth Dadanian is a Founder at Omega Leadership Solutions; VP, Finance and Human Resources at ZestFinance Inc; and Chief People Officer at GoGuardian and is based in West Hollywood, California. She has worked as Senior Auditor at PwC, Financial Planning Supervisor at TOYOTA MOTOR CORP, and Financial Reporting Manager at TOYOTA MOTOR CORP. Elizabeth attended University of Southern California between 1988 and 1992.

Built products from ideation to launch. Effective collaboration with Product design, UX, BD, marketing, design, customer support, HR, sales, and other organizations to iterate and deliver.

• Versatile experience in engineering development, art production, product management, marketing, business development, non-profit, and education.

• Extensive experience building, motivating, and managing globally distributed teams with different culture backgrounds. Implementing development best practices to manage geographically distributed teams.

• Led teams out of chaotic and complicated situations by identifying creative solutions, installing the right amount of process, and communicating effectively.

• Well versed in Chinese and American business cultures. Down on the ground experience with the entire process of running a business in China, including market research, setting up company, business development, building engineering and art team from scratch, training local artists to US art production standard, and operating outsourcing art production.

Sharad heads GoGuardian’s product management, design, user experience, and business insights teams to drive growth and innovation. His organization works to advance GoGuardian’s mission-driven work of building innovative, accessible, and safe technologies that help all learners to be ready and inspired to solve the world’s greatest challenges.

Before joining GoGuardian, Sharad served in various leadership roles over 10 years at Amazon, including head of worldwide deals & promotions and global private label pricing. Most recently, he led a global team of product managers, engineers, and machine learning (ML) scientists to enable e-commerce marketplace growth through innovation. He has built multi-billion dollar businesses through customer-centric teams that operate at scale.

Sharad holds his B.A. and Master’s from Delhi University in addition to an MBA focused on Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
