The Service Specialist (SS) is responsible for greeting and checking in members and guests as they enter the club. The SS will answer phones and sell retail products at the front desk. The SS will assist the Club Manager (CM) with updating member information, collecting member debt, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment at the club.
