Plan and estimate projects and track progress using software applications including Jira, Cherwell, Smartsheet, etc Constantly learn new technologies and skills via media, courses, or new applications Wireless network design and support Facility Management Support: Assist in data center cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols. Support the documentation and updating of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other relevant documentation. Participate in the maintenance of fire suppression, HVAC, and other critical systems within the facility. Collaboration and Learning: Work closely with network operations staff to learn best practices and operational procedures. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge of network operations. Contribute to special projects as assigned, including data analysis and process improvement initiatives.
