About the Position:

Guide project work through creative and diligent project planning, crafting project approaches, assigning roles and responsibilities, monitoring success and managing risks, and discussing needs and options with clients.

Lead data‑gathering efforts (i.e., interviews, surveys, or other quantitative and qualitative data collection/analysis) and stakeholder engagement activities.

Conduct outstanding analyses and write reports to synthesize the outputs of major interactions in concise documents.
Serve as lead subjectmatterexpert during the development of proposals, which includes writing content and advising on approaches.

Required Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance with SCI throughout employment.
6+ years of relevant work experience, including management consultant experience.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong meeting design and facilitation skills.
Proven experience developing project approaches, designing critical paths, and defining and measuring success criteria.
Bachelor's degree.
Willingness to commute to client locations full‑time (5 days a week), in and around the Washington Metropolitan area; occasional travel outside of the Washington, D.C. area.
Preferred Qualifications:
Currently holds an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance or higher.
Master's degree.
Additional consulting‑related education/certifications (i.e., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci).
Demonstrated experience working within or in support of the Defense Security Enterprise, with a strong understanding of its policies, frameworks, and operational priorities.

Required Qualifications:
The HOI SMEs shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience performing HUMINT related operations while serving in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center or Combatant Command, or, a non-DoD equivalent SA operational community.
Of the foregoing experience, the HOI SMEs shall have not less than five

The HOI SMEs shall possess expert-level skill-sets in CHROME and G2G.
HOI SMEs shall possess an academic background and or other equivalent formal training and experience, at a minimum an Associates of Arts Degree from an accredited university or college with primary studies in Middle Eastern and or North African regional culture/sociology or multiple combat support deployments to United States Central Command (CENTCOM) or United States Africa Command (AFRICOM) with attending pre-deployment familiarization training.
Requirements:
HOI SME shall have expert knowledge and understanding of HUMINT theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies and relevant skills related to HUMINT operations and the ability to integrate HUMINT intelligence analysis and/or products, collections and/or operations, counterintelligence, or threats to ensure the overall soundness and efficacy of HUMINT TTPs, products, and the execution of assigned missions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work from blueprints, sketches, drawings, sample parts and written/verbal work instructions to accurately measure, cut and install rubber mat in trailers and on other trailer components using rubber glue, box-knives, drills, and screws
Verify conformance of product with the appropriate specifications and standards from work order and drawings
Measure, mark, and cut parts on machines such as chopsaw, bandsaw, plasma torch, box knives, other machines and hand tools
Confer and collaborate with other matters, co-workers and/or supervisors to resolve any product or process problems
Float to other hardware or electrical areas and assists by installing D-rings, windows, pods, hayracks, lights, capping, tires/wheels, cutting out carpet, cleaning trailers, etc.
Adhere to and sustain lean manufacturing processes including but not limited to 5-S, Point of Use Storage, Kanban systems, etc. in order to maintain productivity requirements and a clean, safe work area
Float to other departments, at any time, as needed by the Company
Must follow all policies and procedures as directed by Cimarron Trailers
Ensure product meets Cimarron Trailers' quality standard and that product is completed within production deadline
Regular attendance is a critical function of this job
Perform all other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Carpet laying experience preferred
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/16's of an inch
Must be able to read, understand and follow work orders accurately

Must be familiar with product construction and application and provide quality work at the source.

Physical Demands:
Able to walk, stand and move about the facility for prolonged periods of time, including up to an entire 8 hour shift as well as any required overtime.
Able to climb stairs and climb in and out of trailers throughout the 8 hour shift as well as any required overtime.
Able to stoop, bend, twist, squat, crawl and kneel during the course of the day
Able to use hands and arms to repetitively grip, twist, squeeze and otherwise use tools such as plasma torches, chop saws, drills, pneumatic and electric hand tools, scissors, box knives, screwdrivers and other hand tools throughout the 8 hour shift as well as any required overtime
Able to frequently and repetitively lift up to 40- 50 lbs. throughout shift and occasionally lift items up to 75 lbs. individually throughout the shift. Anything over 75 lbs. is team-lifted.
Able to safely and effectively handle necessary tools required to perform the essential functions of the position.

This position is contingent upon a contract award and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-fidelity training for F-35 operations and other USAF training missions. The LMOC integrates multiple systems-air combat maneuvering instrumentation, FAA radar, Link 16, and surface-to-air threat emulators-to create a common operating picture for live mission execution.
Job Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between 56th Fighter Wing stakeholders, including Weapons and Tactics, Training, Plans/Programs, instructor pilots, and Range personnel.
Develop and implement communication methods and scheduling processes for routine and long-term training operations.
Act as the LVC Integrated Training expert for F-35 syllabus and continuation training missions.
Support the creation of LVC profiles, coordinate mission requirements with instructor pilots, and manage Desired Learning Objectives (DLOs) during missions.
Operate LVC control stations, perform Range Training Officer (RTO) duties, and manage data capture and debrief processes.
Collaborate with software developers for system improvements and participate in beta testing.
Develop and support LVC training scenarios that align with Luke AFB's F-35 training requirements.
Ensure integration of LVC capabilities with other training systems (e.g., threat emitters, ACMI).
Deliver mission briefings up to four times annually to educate operators on WIS resources.
Track and report on daily utilization of LVC/SAM-1/RTO functions, and compile monthly and semi-annual feedback reports.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Active Secret SAR Security Clearance
Strong familiarity with LVC systems, mission execution processes, and USAF training environments
Ability to operate in real-time communication with pilots and mission control teams
Experience working with USAF fighter squadrons, particularly in developing or supporting integrated training missions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for briefing and reporting to stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of F-35 operations and tactics (not required, but highly beneficial)
Experience supporting beta software testing and integration upgrades
Previous work in a Live Mission Operations Center or similar high-fidelity training environment
